This lodge provides the best view of the famous Thomson Falls and guests have a private walk way through which one gets to enjoy the beautiful wonders of mother nature. The grounds are well maintained and neat and very tempting to just lay down on a hot afternon to enjoy the cool breeze far from disturbance. The structures are old... More

Stayed here for nine days whilst working in Nyahururu. Really friendly staff who were always available to help. Food was always good, and the Tusker is reasonably priced! The rooms are nice and well kept and the location and surroundings are great. If you are in to a morning jog, cross the road out of the lodge and run down... More

Very clean room with clean sheets and towels. It was so nice to have fireplace in the room. Food was ok, some days it was great, some days it was not. Please get rid of the old and worn menus. It was embarrassing. It reflected badly on the lodge. I was disappointed that my television didn't have any station most... More

We loved our Easter weekend staying at Thomson Falls Lodge. The lodge is conveniently located right next the falls. The service and management were excellent! The cottages and rooms were clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler!!

Let me start by saying that the people who work at this lodge are amazing! We had Andrew serve us both lunch and dinner and throughout the dining experience was remarkable. The dining area was very well set and the chef prepared a delightful chicken pili pili to our request. But the entertainment of a 2 man band was a... More

I have stayed at the Thompson Falls Lodge for a week on a couple of occasions, whilst on business. The lodge is from the colonial era and is set on the side of the gorge into which the stunning Thompson Falls cascade. The colonial lodges were built at a time when it was normal for visitors to book a suite... More

I was delayed in Nakuru on myway from Eldoret. We were too tired to continue to Nyeri and decided to spend the night in Nyahururu. We were not looking forward to staying at T/Falls Lodge due to previous bad experience. We however, were pleasantly surprised. I will state Pros and Cons: Pros 1. Hotel quaint and oldie but goodie.
