Hotel Waterbuck is centrally located in Nakuru, which is a bug plus especially for a business traveller. The hotel decoration is thoughtful and the outside dining area seems to be new/renovated at least the time I stayed there. The bar has very nice ambience and soft music. The only let down of this hotel is poor service and lack of...

We booked Hotel Waterbuck for a five-day workshop and ended up needing to extend two more days. They were very accommodating. We had excellent meeting facilities, the teas and meals exceeded expectations. The staff was very customer oriented and made sure our entire 7-day experience was outstanding. The hotel has been updated and has a fun, jazzy look with comfortable...

We were booked here from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th for a training. Location is great next to a shopping mall and the cbd and the National Park. The rooms are decent and clean. The food is great, the chef is really good at what he does. The biggest issue is in the ladies washrooms that we have been using...

Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent...

As a well seasoned traveller, (check my other reviews) if I’d not been happy with any aspect of it you can rest assured I wouldn’t have stayed there for that amount of time when there were other options available. To answer some of the criticisms other...

The security staff is great here and the breakfast is fine, but that is where the positives end. You might as well sleep on the floor - the bed is so hard. No mosquito nets so we were covered with bites. Front desk staff couldn't care less. Save your money and visit Eagle Palace Hotel not too far away. It's...

One of the worst hotel experience i had in my whole trip. Bad wifi. Rooms are dirty, poor service. People are not responsible and only focus on money. Only good thing was food was really good in the dinner. Just stayed 1 night and don't wanna go back!

All in all the food was great , great place for a meeting. They don't have adequate parking so one has to pay for parking. Has a great poolside and one can relax there. It was an okay place good for business meeting.
