We had the most brilliant experience whilst staying at lake nakuru lodge. The food was delicious! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was just fantastic, could see baboons from our window! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend to any future travelers. Great value for money.

We stayed here the nights of the 25th and 26th of December 2012. Our two girls were in one room, my husband and I were in another. We had hot water, and and a lovely room. The pol is lovely, we had drinks poolside while the kids swam. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner on our last...

I stayed here one night on a 2 week safari. The hotel was clean, the food was nice though not a large selection on the buffet but comparable to other hotels on the safari visit. My room faced the lake and the view was beautiful. The shower was really small compared to the SOPA lodge hotels.

Not worth it. We didn't arrive until after dark so missed they great view from restaurant. We were able to enjoy it briefly during breakfast. Double bed in room was broken, slept with our heads at foot of bed and not very well. No hot water while we were there. Huge lodge trying to fit as many tourists in as...

Our group stayed at Lake Nakuru Lodge for one night during a 17 day trip of Kenya. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, food good, and the staff was very helpful. We had great views from our rooms that overlooked the park. Local gymnasts performed a heart-stopping performance on concrete floors with a low ceiling. I wish we could have...

Wonderful location, food and general ambience was wonderful . Staff were great. The accommodation really was not good bed was like sleeping on an old door, the bedrooms really need some work and the bathrooms well what can I say but improvement would be a good thing. Look overall it was good but just don't look forward to a good...

Lake Nakuru lodge needs to be renovated. The room that was given to us was claustrophobic, musty and did not feel clean. The bathroom was poor. On mentioning this we were given a larger room that was much better. Water seemed slimy. A thorough upgrade of bathrooms are required. The great views of the lake, lovely food made up for...

So, we stayed here for one night during our seven day safari. The environment is meant for families as there are kids everywhere. The food is decent and buffet style. No beverages are included, not even water. So, be prepared to pay 2USD for a glass of juice (not freshly squeezed). The food was not memorable, so that's better than...

Lake Nakuru Lodge is one of the few lodge to be situated inside the Lake Nakuru park. The lodge offers a great view of the lake. I stayed at Lake Kanuru Lodge during last week of September 2012. The room given to me was not very impressive and was very disappointing. The standard of bathroom was of very poor, the...

The one nice thing about this place is the views from the rooms. With a good pair of binoculars you can see the rhinos and elephants grazing in the grass many miles away down at the lake. My main gripes about this place are: plugged toilets, solar hot water heater, no hot water early in the morning because it cooled...
