I did a solo trip to the cliff and I must say I was impressed beyond my expectations. Upon arrival at the National park gate,the wardens advised I had to go with one of them otherwise I will get lost. I called Justus (heaven sent) and he directed me smoothly to the Lodge. He kept checking where I had reached and he was extremely patient and kind. At the Lodge, everyone was kind and welcoming (I felt appreciated),they sang happy birthday for me,at night they put 2 hot water bottles in my bed for warmth and in the morning when rolling up the tent to catch the sunrise (they were very professional and would ask how my night was and if I needed anything) For lack of better words,this felt unreal. I didn't feel like leaving. A special thank you to Justus,Carol(House keeping),Daniel and the team at the dinning area,the chef and pastry chef aswell,Mercy of the spa and the entire team who made sure my stay at the cliff was magical. I can't thank you enough for how well you treated me during my stay. I will most definitely visit again ( reserve tent #4) 😂. Best Wishes❤️❤️…

A breathtaking location with incredible lake views. The "tents" are more like high end hotel rooms. Food delicious. The spa is lovely. Shout out to Aisha who gave me a terrific massage and facial. I love this place.

Beautiful quiet property with only 10 tents. Serene view of Lake Nakuru. Highlight was the spa experience by Mercy. The cliff signature massage...they use the maasai rungu and wow I did not know that is what my knotty back did. Perfect experience

We arrived at The Cliff after an arduous journey and enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar before a drive and dinner.Everything was serene and peaceful and thoroughly relaxing. In the morning we had one of those moments we'll never forget - the outer sheet of the tent was silently rolled up by one of the staff to reveal to most amazing sun-rise. It was then I realised why they chose to build this luxurious place on this location! Breathtaking!! We had a couple of drives in the Lake Nakuru National Park where we saw amazing wildlife and spectacular displays from the birds on the lake. Everything about The Cliff was wonderful - but the sunrise was something else!

On the cliff above the lake and surrounded by Lake Nakuru Game Park. Lions, leopard, rhino, giraffe, etc. Very exclusive with only 10 tents. Your name on the menu. Nice pool. Great staff. Totally unique experience.

The camp is beautiful! The tents are beautifully designed, great interior design choices that suit the environment perfectly, and spacious. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning. With only 10 tents, it's not crowded, quiet, and has gorgeous views of Lake Nakuru. We enjoyed the gym - small but functional - and the different spa treatments we got from the lovely Katee and Mercy. All the staff are polite, attentive and non-intrusive, magically appearing when you need them. Wycliffe and Albert in the dining room were especially lovely.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights, the service was great and the food was really good, the chef would go out of his way and make a dish if there wasn’t anything you liked,what we also really liked was the sunrise in the morning when the one of the staff members come and open the shutters so you could enjoy the the sunrise from your bed, would definitely stay here again.

I want to start by saying that the room was absolutely amazing! Spacious, luxurious, romantic and with an awesome view! Unfortunately this hotel was really out of the way. You had to drive up a very rough mountain road to get there (which is why it is on a cliff). If you were going to just stay at the property and relax this is a great spot, but if you are looking to do lots of safari rides it is really out of the way. The food was absolutely the best! Very creative chef. The staff could have been a little friendlier, but they were very professional. I was not happy with the food selection for our guide. He ate with the staff and I feel they could have provided him with better food. He did join us for dinner, with our insistence, one evening.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our honeymoon and had an amazing stay. The tents are comfortable and luxurious, the views are breathtaking but the best part is the amazing hospitality from all the staff. The only regret we have is staying for only one night. Cannot miss if visiting Kenya.

This was the best hotel / resort I’ve ever been to!! It was pure luxury and the staff has thought of every detail to make you feel like you’re on vacation. I would recommend this to ANYONE visiting lake Nakuru. Staff were amazing, rooms were spotless and safe and the food by Chef Jimmy was to die for. Phenomenal experience overall
