Yes, fast WiFi at the Bedouin camp! Granted, this is a 'luxury' version of Bedouin camping, I'm sure. This was chosen by our tour operator so we had no idea what we were in for. All we knew was that we were staying at a Bedouin camp, so many of us thought we were going to be roughing it that... More

A small sign and a dirt road between two imposing sandstone plateaus led to our home for the next three nights, Bait Ali Lodge. The expansive resort was flanked on one side by steep escarpments of sculptured sandstone hills; the other sides merged into the endless desert sands and mountains. Even the kids in our caravan were silent as got... More

My return trip here after a long time away was not how I remembered it but now bigger and better. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, food cooked fresh and and a good choice at breakfast. Suzi the owner and Abou Ali the manger are on hand and anything you want or need it sorted straight away. Our accommodation... More

I was visiting Wadi Rum with some local friends last year and we stayed at Bait ALI for one night. They offer different activities, but beyond the whole commercial offer the best you can enjoy is the midnight view from the hill just next to the camp... amazing!

Our tour was prepaid and we probably could have upgraded ourselves to air conditioned accommodations, but our non-air conditioned chalet was very, very hot and not very clean. Shower and toilet was OK, but the shower was clogged twin beds had only one pillow and the blankets were dirty with unidentifiable stains. The room didn't cool down and become habitable... More

We got the large chalet with 3 beds and AC. They told us there is a sofa bed as well, but actually it is just a sofa. The AC in the room worked great! The bathroom and the room itself were clean, but at night we had a problem with ants. The pool water was cold and super refreshing. The... More

There was a spider and a spider net on the sofa (which shows the room hasn't been cleaned for a long time), the room was full of ants everywhere, and we found a gecko inside the room. I can't imagine how we spent the night there!!! In the swimming pool area there wasn't a life guard (which was informed to... More

The place serves breakfast and dinner and has nice swimming pool. Great place for kids also especially with the Jeep rides and camel rides. I stayed at the medium size of air-conditioned chalet better than tents because of the private path room.
