Staying in Wadi Rum is an experience not do be missed. This camp is large, yet has a wonderful atmosphere, nice rooms with attached bathroom and wonderful staff. The dinner is tasty and an experience in itself

I went with my parents as we were traveling around Jordan. One of the stop was that camp. We slept in a tiny room, where there was no clean at all. The bathroom smelt very bad, not cleaned. The bed was small and plenty on sand when we arrived. During the night, we couldn't sleep due to plenty of mosquitos...

We were expecting a romantic (if not necessarily comfortable) experience. In fact, all our worst expectations were overwhelmed by the actual experience. The line above is a quote from my wife as we looked at each other in the morning. It echoed my own sentiments exactly. On the plus side: The sunset jeep safari was fantastic - we even braved...

The toilets took about three hours to fill their tanks with a lazy trickle from the mains. No hot water meant for three days we were cleaning ourselves with icy cold water, even though it was a chilly 5 degrees outside...

We spent 2 nights here as part of a tour & we weren't overly impressed. Sure it seemed like a fairly authentic experience, but the fact of the matter is, there was simply no hot water. When it's as cold as it was when we were there, you needed a hot shower before bed to warm up. We were given...

I was told by a tour company that they were going to book me into a nice campsite after I told him that my friends and I are fussy about cleanliness and need a bit of luxury. Because this company/person came highly recommended, I had entrusted the guide to give a good recommendation as I was pre-occupied weeks leading up...
