I’ve been to Wadi Rum many times, and all my previous stays at other camps in rum were amazing except this one. This camp is the worst camp ever, and its management is very bad. I payed money for a service that I didn’t even get !! I went to have my breakfast and I didn’t find food on tables (open buffet). I complained to the manager who started to blame me instead of apologizing!! He told me that I should have spoken to the staff instead of complaining and they will start filling the dishes for me !! The worst was the expired food !! Jam was expired and they serve it !! I am very disappointed with this camp and its manager who doesn’t know anything about managing tourist places !!

The camp is in a brilliant location. The surrounding scenery is spectacular. The grounds are great. The food was excellent and the service was good. The rooms were decent enough and warm with blankets. The beds were just OK as far as comfort and the bathroom was also just OK. Having an en suite was definitely nice though.

There are not enough words to explain how much I loved my time here! It was surreal to be under the stars in the middle of the desert with complete silence surrounding you. The sunset jeep tour was so much fun and had incredible views. After the tour we had the best buffet with traditional food and dancing by the fire for hours. The rooms are extremely comfortable with AC/heat and plenty of warm water. In the morning I did the sunrise camel ride which provided more incredible views of the area. Prior to leaving I took a walk around the desert and did some rock climbing. Beyond the accommodations and location, the manager was very welcoming and made sure I had a great time throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We visited the Rajayeb desert camp 11th-13th March 2020. The atmosphere is great, the accommodation is clean & comfortable. The staff are very friendly and relaxed, excellent service. We were grateful to the manager, who was able to be flexible with our booking and transport. The food is the best we have had on our whole trip, definitely come for the dinner buffet. Scenery is stunning.

This was our best stop on our 15 days trip around Jordan and Egypt. The staff were very professional, the food was incredible and the accomodations were amazing. Heated tents and showers, very comfy king size beds. The food was to die for, if you're a vegetarian they have so many great options. Highly recommended.
