Great time!! Brought my co-workers out and they enjoyed it immensely. Camel ride was super fun, the food was prepared onsite and delicious, the lodging was great for a summer desert stay. Would recommend!

This is a hard one to write because we did have an amazing night at the desert but the checkout part changed our perspective We stayed here for an overnight with a 3 hour jeep tour which was quite nice although the guide did not speak a lot of English…so the limited explaining he did was not very effective. On their website they describe the different kind of jeep tours they offer and what you will be seeing. In the 3 hour jeep tour we saw the Red Sand Dunes, which are a large group of sand dunes that have piled up against the mountains(honestly not what I was expecting), the Little Bridge and the Khazali Canyon, where you can walk inside to see the inscriptions. I would honestly recommend at least a 4 hour jeep tour…3 hour felt like too short. Then they take you to a very nice place to see the sunset and then take you to the camp. The facilities are quite simple but decently clean…bathrooms are quite nice and clean as well. Rooms are very simple (no heater but thick blankets). They are building a new set of bathrooms probably to segregate by gender. Dinner was very nice…simple but typically cooked in Bedouin style… then they started playing Bedouin music around a bonfire and this was the highlight of the whole experience for us….unfortunately the majority of the guests were chatting and checking their mobile phones since there is Wifi in the common area…so please try to avoid this if you come here…don’t ruin it for the rest. Unfortunately the next morning they take you back to the village after breakfast…so at around 8:30 you will be on the way back which kind of sucks if you want to spend the morning there, you will probably need to pay extra…I recommend you walk back to the village When we were checking out we were all waiting in their office in the village and they were calling each party separately and Attallah in a very fun way starts to interview you on what can be improved and whatnot; then at some point he jokes on the price to pay (originally is 80JD per couple) and he says 80JD per person(160JD)…he then waits for your reaction and then he says…it was a joke…not a very fun one actually so it makes me wonder what if somebody says “Ok”. Just have a copy of the confirmation email in which you agree on the price beforehand and you should be ok. He then kind of pushes you to write a Tripadvisor review right there which is not cool. You will still have a great experience altogether, just be prepared for this minor inconveniences

We wanted to do the 3 day camel tracking and just booked 1 day in advance by WhatsApp with Attallah. When we arrived it was super cold and raining so we changed the plan to a full day Jeep tour with sleeping in the camp and after that 2 day camel tracking. The jeep tour covered all the attractions, was well organized and our guide Akram spoke good English and explained a lot about the Bedouin lifestyle to us... nice lunchbox was provided! In the evening we were warming up at the fire and had a great dinner with some food they burried in a fire pit for hours! Super delicious... After that some of the guys played Bedouin music and showed us the dancing and we had a great night in our comfortable tent! The next day we wanted to start the camel tracking but Attallah called our guide that the government will close the boarders 2 days later because of Corona so we changed the plan and just took a very nice camel ride 2 h to rum village to organize our travels home... Thanks a lot to Attallah, Akram and the whole team for the great experience and help!! We hope to come back soon to sleep under the stars in beautiful Wadi Rum!! :)

We had a brilliant time with Bedouin Lifestyle Camp. The trip was well organised, the food was great and the camp was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night and did the jeep tour, which was really fun. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wadi Rum.
