I booked an overnight stay at the camp & a jeep tour with Mohammed. From the moment that I booked via Booking.com,Mohammed contacted me immediately & answered my endless questions!I didn't know how to get from Aqaba (where I was staying) to Wadi Rum,& from there onto Petra.Mohammed organised absolutely everything for me,from the taxi from Aqaba to arranging to take me from the camp to catch the bus to Petra the following morning. He made sure that the taxi was a really good price as well. When I arrived at Wadi Rum village & met Mohammed,he'd arranged for me to meet a couple of fellow travellers & to do a jeep tour with them(as he knew that my budget was limited). While I was waiting,I was treated to drinks & chocolate ! The jeep tour was absolutely incredible, being driven across the vast desert & stopping to see the most amazing sites. Our guide carefully explaining the history of each one & what to look out for.At the end of our desert tour the driver took me to the camp.It was better than I could ever had hoped for. There are a small number of beautiful little cabins that are carpeted & the walls lined with thick brightly coloured materials & the cabins look out onto the beautiful expanse of desert. The beds are incredibly comfortable with the thickest of duvets & blankets.Even though the desert can get cold,I stayed wonderfully warm in my cabin.Theres also lighting & an electricity point-vital for recharging things like phones.Theres a shower block & toilet facilities nearby.I'd arranged to have dinner & breakfast & myself & my fellow travellers ate in the communal building which was warmed by a log fire(& we met the Bedouins who live at the camp). The food was absolutely delicious.
I couldn't get internet access on my phone(everyone else could,so it was just my phone)!I mentioned this to Mohammed & rather than have me battle with having no net access,he asked one of his friends(another Bedouin who lived on the camp),to drive me a few 100metres into the desert so that I could get access.Hows that for brilliant hospitality!
When we'd all settled down for the night,I got up a while later & stood outside my cabin to experience the total silence of the desert & marvel at the star constellations that Mohammed had pointed out earlier. It was an incredible 24 hours in the desert & if you want a fantastic host & a fantastic place to stay, I cannot recommend Mohammed & his camp highly enough. You won't regret your time there.

I advise everyone to live this experience in the desert. We stayed in a camp in the middle of the desert, the rooms were very comfortable, the sanitaries very clean, and the staff was very attentive. I also thank Mohammed and his brother Falah for allowing us to live this experience:
"The desert is not told, it is lived. It seems eternal to the one who inhabits it and it offers this eternity to the one who will know how to attach himself to it."
This little message is noted in my travel book. Thanks again to all the people I met in this desert who made this trip even more wonderful than it was

I fully recommend this Wadi Rum camp. We had very good contact from very beginning. Trip to Wadi Rum was connected with very important moment of part of our group (an engagement). Our host did what he could (and he did the best) to celebrate that moment. Food, atmosphere, people, accommodation and everything was on the highest level. If you doubt whether this is camp for you, don't hesistate and book it!! Or you can talk with the host who will tell you everything what you need.

We have been there in January and it was great.
Everything worked well and we had an amazing Jeep Tour with stunning views.
We saw a lot and there was allways enough time to take pictures and stroll around on ourselves.
The Camp was really nice and we enjoyed the evening in the big tent, sitting at the fireplace with really good food and nice stuff.
Thank you very much for this experience!

A lovely site, the team are so friendly and will do anything to help. We had 4 days their and the guides were amazing with their knowledge of the area, and when shown a few photos of what we were looking for, they knew the locations. And knew how to get around the area, and then add to that their driving abilities when we needed to get through certain gaps was nail biting for us, but they are so skilled that there was no doubt they were going to make it! Great drivers as well as guides.
The accommodation was good, clean and more than enough for what we needed, the common tent where you eat is lovely and cool with breeze coming through, and found this was a good space to spend our down time.
I was lucky enough to have room with toilet and shower and this was great.
Thanks to the team for looking after us.

Single-handedly the best stay we had in Jordan. Forget the fake Bubbles. We stayed in the bubble for a ridiculous price and it had very bad customer service with cold food.
Mohammed at this camp however was the best place ever. Their camp is actually inside the wadi, unlike the bubble. Mohamned and his staff made our stay so extremely special.
Please make sure you stay in this traditional Bedouin camp. ❤️

If you are looking for an authentic experience of Wadi Rum then look no further. We were greeted by Mohammed who guided us to the camp and even picked up 2 cold orange juices for us on the way. The perfect treat on a hot day. We got to the camp and met Allah. We had a chance to relax with some tea after our journey from Petra and Mohammed set out the plan for the day. We went on a jeep tour with Allah and he was an amazing guide. He was really knowlegeable and gave us a great insight into the desert. We stopped at a number of sights. He did not rush us and instead allowed us to take our time exploring. We finished off the tour with a beautiful sunset accompanied by tea and some hot bedouin tea. We made our way back to the camp afterwards and had a lovely meal together with everyone and afterwards Mohammmed showed us the visible star constellations. It was truly very special and we even saw a shooting star. The room was nicely decorated and clean. We had a large window where you could look out at the stars. This trip was amazing and such good value for money. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
