The price should be lower. The water at the close pool was cool and it wasn't easy to get in. The room was ok, there is no view from the different floor of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, but not like the big hotels in Israel. Bottom line, if the price would be cheaper, it's a reasonable hotel.

Sufgonyot and Chanukiot lighting in the lobby at 5:00 made the holiday fun and festive. However, the hotel needed more staff for a very busy week during winter break. Front desk was overwhelmed, not friendly or helpful, although they did get me a hair dryer when I asked at a less busy time of the day. Hotel building could use...

Stayed for 2 nights to see the crater and desert. We were greeted( not) by a very rude receptionist. We weren't given any information or help and were made to feel that we were a nuisance when we asked for some. The receptionist ignored me completely and chatted to 2 other members of staff for quite some time when I...

rooms very comfortable especially the golf trucks for bringing you to the rooms from main building. You simply phone them to collect you and they are used by everyone not just old people .Staff pleasant & helpfull.

The hotel was a good location and a fair price. The two bedroom suite fitted our family well and it's a dated 1980s room that hasn't had much done to it since. The buffet dinner was good but expensive (not much competition) and the breakfast was included and was very good. They only had one check in person at the...

A residential building was adapted into hotel. Therefore there are small apartments. They are very simple but clean and pleasant. If you expect a simple place, you will not be surprised. A very good place for trips in the desert. There are no elevators so ask lower floor or ask help with your luggage [if need]. Food is good and...

We recently had the opportunity to visit Mitspe Ramon with our children and grandchildren. We stayed at the Isrotel Ramon Inn - they had a perfect 2 bedroom suite with living room and kitchen for our family. This hotel appears to be a redevelopment of apartments into a hotel. The lobby is well done, the staff extremely friendly and helpful,...

This facility was converted from an apartment building into a hotel, and it does not have an elevator for its 4 floors, and there are different stairways to get to the rooms. This is confusing, and there are no rooms on the first floor. Also, each room was an apartment are are of all different sizes and configurations. But Mitzpe...

We went for 2 nights in sukkot and the hotel was excellent. We were in a renovated flat for four or it is also called a mini suit. It was on the 4th floor and we had to climb 64 steps , (we knew about it). The view from the room though was better than expected: the street , trees...
