We were an extended family of 8 adults and 9 children under the age of 11. We spent 2 comfortable nights in 3 two- bedroom suites and enjoyed our stay immensely. The suites were basic, but very comfortable, and we had everything we needed- lots of towels and toiletries and great service. The meals here were varied and delicious and...

The hotel is perfect for a few days trip to the crator. Staf, food and management were terrific all first class and everyone went out of their way to be helpful The hotel is over 25 years old and needs a huge facelift but saying that our party were delighted with the accommodation, there is no lift so we requested...

we stayed or 2 nights without our 2 kids. the hotel facilities is very basic , the area is far a way from any main city so if you plan to stay here it must be for a quiet break or a planned trip to the dessert and Ramon creator

On the "intangibles" these guys fail miserably: Our beds were terribly uncomfortable, the room and the hotel reek of awful perfume from the cleaning staff, it lacks basic charm. On things that are more measurable, they do well: Very clean rooms, almost annoying dedication to "service" (they called our room just now to ask how the service has been -...

Spent 2 nights mid week. the room itself can be better. i got a room on 4th floor with no elevator which is not good if you have a big suitcase. the dinner, the atmosphere is great. you can also rent a mountain bike and explore the Ramon Crater.

This hotel used to be a block of cheap appartements from the fifties and thus (?) has not elevators . If you need a wheelchair....this is not the place for you/// We spent two days / nights. When we arrived we were put in a simple room where we (how childish) tried to rest from the long drive . Big...

It is a basic, modest 3 star hotel. The staff is very friendly. The only issue is with room pricing, which is priced like 4 star hotel in Tokyo, I'm just stating a fact. I presume it is the case for hotel prices in Israel.

We knew that we were in the right place when greeted by the lovely smile of the receptionist, Noimi. She checked us in, gave us information on the amenities in the Hotel and made a reservation for a Jeep tour for the next morning. One of the important things about this property is that there are four floors and no...

I would rate it as OK not more or less. The service is poor. Waiting too long at reception once we are alone :-) Waiting to waitress too long at the dining room. The pool guy is grumpy. The rooms are clean. The prices for hotel restaurant is too high to what we get. I would go back but expect...

There is a loud noise from large fans on the roof. It took me hours to fall asleep, although I was very tired. In all other aspects the hitel was comfortable, clean, and functional. Service was reasonable. No elevators. You may need to climbe 4 floors.
