We stayed with my parents three nights in this hotel, location is very good and near to Yazd historical area. Room was clean and its area was very small. We had reserved room for three adults but one towel was in wardrobe instead of three towels, therefore the first night only my father could take a bath. Water closet does not have electrical plug for shaver. Second day , we gave room key for cleaning in the morning but when we came back to hotel at night cleaning works was not done. Breakfast was delicious and various and served on time. Generally Hotel`s reception staffs behavior is not friendly and was with face and expression. One night we ate dinner in hotel restaurant its price was proper and taste was very good but restaurant environment and equipment were dirty, meantime restaurant staffs did not follow health tips. Alive music performance in restaurant was complementary for people that ordered meal.…
I stay in yazd every other month because of my bussiness. This hotel is not the top 10 but it's ok. It is located near some traditional sites. The building is well maintained but the rooms are very small and there is no room for any activities except sleeping. The linens are clean and the mattress is comfortable. Toothbrush, toothpaste, electric kettle , hairdryer and free water are provided. The refrigerator is so noisy. If you sleep early at night(before 12 pm) this hotel is not for you because the hotel's restaurant which is located across the street have live music every night until 12 pm but if you are fond of Iranian music you can enjoy delicious Iranian cuisines while listening. Although the breakfast is not diverse the quality is remarkable and i enjoyed it. Unfortunately the coffee is not served.…
Im staying in hotels for half a year, so I know hotels very well. This hotel can be the worst hotel of Yazd. I did not see one single person working professionally there. If you are looking for a quiet place, do not choose this place. Although its a small hotel, they were having a wedding ceremony in the hotel right were the rooms are. Even the reception staff can not speak a proper English. You can hear a load muic coming from its restaurant till late at night. The internet is a joke here. Definitely the worst hotel of Yazd.
This is a traditional hotel in the old town of Yazd. The most rooms are located on a court-yard on ground floor. The rooms has no windows, only doors to that court-yard. therefore it has hardly fresh air. The room is very small and has no place for suitcases. It has a friendly appearance, but service was very low beyond the average It is just the small items that are important. We had no toiletpaper in the room. Not everybody had towels. We had to ask for them. The receptionist was not allowed to fix things, like our closet was not working. On end they would send a plumber as promised in half an hour. But he came about midnight, as we were already in bed. Next day the beds were not made up. We had to do ourselves....(weird) No running water in the ponds and leaves everywhere. Cleaning is not on a high level. Breakfast is tradition Iranian average breakfast.…
The quality of food compare to what you pay is so bad 🤢 Zereshk polo was nothing like a standard one, chicken was not tasty just fried with so much oil. About 10 zereshk and a little bit of saffron. Not recommended at all 🙈
This Hotel is something Exceptional. When it comes to Hotels, I’ve Experienced all that there is... From Dubai’s 5-Star Suites to Paris’ 1-Star Single Beds, But I’ve never had the Experience that I’ve had in this Hotel. Now, It’s not a Perfect Hotel. The Fridge is rather Noisy and the rooms aren’t The cleanest; But the staff are Incredibly Friendly and Helpful. The Whole hotel is decorated with traditional Iranian Architecture (Which I Love) and has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. There is a yard in the hotel were you can sit and enjoy meals. The rooms were good, but on the small side. The beds were not clean and had to be made by you, but nothing else. The rooms had no need of any lights until 7:00 PM because of the Natural Light that comes through the celling. Once you need some light, there are a good amount of lights which generate a very warm and calming feel in the rooms. The Toilets are good as well with a surprisingly powerful hairdryer (I Know, it’s odd, but take my word for it. It’s helpful). It’s also very close to all the Major tourist attractions of Yazd, being a <10min walk from Amirchakhmagh Square. In general this is a hotel that is well worth it’s affordable price. With slightly improved management, it could (easily) be one of the best hotels in Yazd.…
To be fair, this is a good place to spend ur time in yazd. Accessible, friendly and welcoming. I cannot find any downsides to it except the fact that it's too busy and is thus against the peaceful atmosphere of the city itself.
Central location, close to many sites. Rooms are nicely decorated but beds aren’t made. Sheets in plastic bags are left on the end of the bed. I had a double bed and was given two single sheets. Breakfast ok.
I was 2 night there. Positive point in hotel was breakfast and room was clean.negative point was noise .because rooms are around the yard .when they want ready table of breakfast at 6 am they were very noisy. Restaurant is in seprat old hause near the hotel.
