This hostel cannot be found on Tripadvisor, but our stay was excellent so worth mentioning. It is operated by the owner of the Silk Road Hotel and is in fact a traditional guesthouse with a yard that is surrounded by the rooms. We stayed in what seemed to be an old storage room with a very high ceiling that ends...

When we arrived, our booking done 3 days before had vanished. The manager was really not sympathic (while other people look really kind...). Hopefully we had a room not in the main courtyard (where it must be a noisy nightmare). Little but ok. Oh, yes, when we installed, we were surprised to realise that the toilet of the room where...

After a pationating labyrinth walk in the hot old city, silk road restaurant is a welcoming pause. Free wifi (but we did not manage to connect) and pleasant buffet when the outside was being turned into a desert center furnace. We tried the camel meat, vegetarian eggplant dish and had an Indian milk tea for our first time, kindly served...

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Iran. The rooms are directly linked to the main restaurant where you can eat, drink something or just chill on a persian carpet. The food is really good and well priced, just try the camet meat or eggplant stew!!! They have a small fridge in the main restaurant with beverages and the...

The owner of hotel, Ali, and other staffs are very kind. Food prices are also good and they are delicious! Hotel's location is very good so you can go to historical places and stores by walking. Hotel has also beautiful yard where you can drink tea and spend time.

I have had the most wonderful experience and hospitality in this lovely hotel, located just in front of Jame Mosque. All the staff was extremately kind to us and the owner really makes you feel at home. As it was Christmas time they happened to have a small Christmas tree to my surprise.

I stayed 2 nights in Silk road hotel and can't explain how lovely the atmosphere was there. First the location was perfect in the heart of Yazd and walking distance to all major tourist attraction. The hotel and room were really neat and clean and the good thing about their prices which are really reasonable. I liked the buffet breakfast...
