Alibaba has a great atmosphere of a traditional Yazdi house. the view from the rooftop is amazing. We can see The Friday Mosque from the rooftop and the windcatchers. Rooms are nicely situated around the court yard and have airconditioner and bathrooms in the room. Staff is friendly and some of them speak good English and/or German. Breakfast is at famous Silk Road hotel, which also has good lunch.

I booked one room with 2beds for two night from Ali baba hostel from the app called snapptrip. I booked it very easily without any problems. We were at bus to our destination Yazd Sb called and told me that the room you rent for 2 nights is full and we will give you another room with the Same look and etc... I said OK,he gives me a number to schedule the things. When we got there I had a European guest it was hard for me because I didn't think sth like this gonna happen. Anyway we got there and there was an old man told me go to this hostel but the other guy didn't allow us to let in I told him everything it's done before But he said no after 1 hour finally a room given to us. It was the worst thing that's happen in our trip besides that everything of that hostel, like breakfast, clean room, good behavior of the worker(waiter or waitress) was good. And there was a guy that who worked there his name is Ali-Akbar he helped us,Thank you for that.

AliBaba hotel Yazd and its personally manager Ali are the worst thing which we met in beautiful country Iran. We made a booking 2 months prior to our visit to Yazd, then made several confirmations via WhatsApp and e-mail, that we are coming. And finally Ali wrote us in the day of our arrival that he cancelled our booking. No reasons, no apologises, no help. This miserable man just repeated strange evasions, that we assertedly "have not replied to him", but did not give any facts. With that, he has not replyed anything on a series of our screenshot with many confirmations of diffirent dates. Finally, he simply cheated us. We happened to be in a situation that 2 families with babies are on the street in a dark overcrowded Yazd (Nowruz time, all the hotels are almost 100% full) after hard day. We were forced to find accomodation by ourselves, when normally guilty host fixes such a situations. This was the only one hotel during our Iranian trip with such a problems and unprofessional approach. P.S. There will be no chance to make an another comment here, if the host will reply anything. If this happens, do not believe him. We have checked many times - there was no mistake or missed communication on our side. P.S.2. Coincidentally, we found accomodation finally in the other hotel of Silk Road group. But we made it by ourselves after 2 hours of heavy efforts. Don't believe, if there will be any statements below that they tackled an issue. AliBaba left us alone with our problems.
