A trip to yazd / iran On November2021 we been to this beautiful amazing town &we choosed persian safaiyeh hotel .. If I want talk a bout staff attitude especially the receptionist really 5 out of 5 they been so charming and helpful, the hotel &room offcourse quiet different than modern 5 &4 star hotels around the world but the worse part was bathroom , there was no standing shower base, it was an old style tube which first day me & my father as well felt down as it was very old style very deep very hard to come out of that ,, usually in suit there is tube &shower but unfortunately in that suit which also one of their best suit but the bathroom was so disappointing , other wise te rest was acceptable not very wow but it was OK Hope this beautiful hotel with amazing staff soon it will turned to be one of the best in yazd .thank you…
We stayed there for 3 nights, room service was excellent. Food and breakfast were good. Due to pandemic, all the staff were wearing mqsks and food serving was great. We were in the new part of the hotel, rooms were very convenient.
It was very normal hotel and not luxury. The services was ok but the water pressure in bath was very low and i had problem for taking a shower. The variety of breakfast was weak and it could be better.
we have stayed in the hotel for three night The breakfast,Lunch and dinner was ok, but nothing special. The bed was comfortable, but it smell disinfectants and washer material a lot he room equipment was good weak point: It was far from Fahadan (Historical place)
It doesn’t worth the price. Rooms very basic and the bathrooms need to be refreshed ASAP. The breakfast ok, but nothing special. The service also was the strict minimum, for the luggage for instance...
I booked this hotel well knowing that it was the “old” part of the hotel - a so-called garden room. The price was only slightly less than the normal 5-star price for the newer part of the hotel. Well, the level of this room was waaaaaaaaaay below what I should get for this price! The room hasn’t been updated, apart from electrical appliances and the shower, for at least 40-50 years! Everything else was old, ugly and worn and just made me wanna turn off the lights as fast as I could at night to avoid looking at it! The toilet wasn’t working on my first night. It was repaired but then broke down again... Not ok. In spite of the promising name, there was no garden around the room or views to any garden, just parking lots! I thought the breakfast, served in the new part, would compensate, but also here I was hugely disappointed. No atmosphere, no food that you’d call 5-star, not even a decent coffee! Just like a cafeteria: get yourself a plastic tray and find a place to sit in the big noisy hall. No service. Only reason I give 2 points is that overall the hotel was clean and the checkin and checkout procedures were fast. I’ve stayed at quite a few places in Yazd that would deserve to be called 5-star hotels in comparison with the Safaiyeh. And I’m not coming back, not even to stay in the new section.…
Everything was nice and excellent in this place! We stayed at garden part of this hotel which was located in yard! The rooms was spacious enough! The only bad thing about this hotel was the distance from city center but taxis and snaps were always available! I recommend it a-lot!
It was a clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the traditional design of the room. I like coffee/tea maker in the room. However, the location was a little far from historical places. Breakfast was very good.
This hotel is a good place for writing down. Its location is pleasant. The room service and its equipment is reasonable. The breakfast is weak. Based on its cost it's not valuable. Overall its a good hotel in Yazd but it's not perfect.
I have stayed iin the hotel for one night. I have got a very spaceous room that had all the amenities that can be expected in such a place although one can feel that it has seen several years so that renovation would be good. The rate was very reasonable. My only real complaint is that the hotel is very big with many groups and tour buses so that breakfast was very stressful. No plates and cutlery on the tables, too many people on the buffet. Internet was very slow almost not working.
