The room is clean and decor is traditional. Service was great. Loved the location which is very close to the main street. If you go up to the rooftop, you can get some nice views of the surrounding buildings and mountains in the distance. Breakfast here is delicious. Loved how they cooked the scrambled eggs. Highly recommended.
We stayed here for 2 nights. We were very happy with our stay. Lovely room and great food. Thank you to the staff, you were all great. We had great breakfasts and lovely evening meals too. See you again sometime.
Hotel is 1 min walk from main mosque in Yazd. Street in front hotel is main street with a lot of restaurants and rooftop bars. Garden in hotel is very big and has many chairs and divans. Wi fi is avaible until 12a.m. they turn off it arter that. Our room was smelly, l don't know what kind of smell it was. But it was clean and tradicional bath was clean.
We (backpacker) stayed for 3 nights at Yazd Orient Hotel and felt very welcomed by the friendly staff and totally comfortable from the start. Very cozy rooms, beautiful yard to have a relaxed break from exploring amazing Yazd! Orient Hotel is directly located next to Jaame Mosque (beautiful view from rooftop restaurant at Orient Hotel - where they serve very delicious food by the way!), so you are in direct neighborhood to almost all sights of the city. Great accommodation - totally recommended!
We arrived late, the first room we were show smelled of cheese, the second room was dusty and not clean, the AC in the room was under powered for the heat then then the power went during the night. Also place only had one other guest. Breakfast not up to much. Don't recomend.
we stayed here for 3 nights. We were right at the back section so internet was slow and generally unreliable. Rooms were ok, although not spick and span. Breakfast was good. Often could not find someone at reception to ask things. Bathroom was big in our room but water was only leuk warm
We ate there every evening, food was delicious the Chef is super good. Saeed and Balal were so friendly and helpful in everything. We recommend this hotel to everyone and will definetly stay there next time we go. Thank you so much for being so excellent.
I highly recommed Orient hotel to anybody going to Yazd. Everything was just perfect staying there. The prices were reasonable, food was delicios, they have the best view from the top of the hotel where there's a restaurant called Marco Polo (njami!). The staff was really really nice and helpful, they made our stay even better. Me and my friend actually booked a trip to the desert in the Hotel and stayed there for one night. We really connected with our tour guide, Balal (thnx for everything) ;) The trip was great, we saw what we wanted to see and the prices were better than with local travel agencies. Yazd was great!
We went to this hotel for an evening buffet with our group. They have a large rooftop terras with private sections and good sunset views. They serve a buffet with good choice. Alas the food was not very warm. The terras is very crowded and lots of tourist are constantly pushing eachother for making the best photo’s. A day later we went back with two people for a drink. That was no problem they said. We came up at 18.30 pm and the rooftop terras was completely empty. There were also no cushions on the benches. We sat for some time and went in again to ask for a drink. Staff was not really helpfull. This changed when the manager came up. He is a nice guy. After a long time they started to do the cushions. Amazingly they did not do our cushions first, but they started at the far end. We drank our drinks on the wooden benches. We paid 30.000 toman for 2 drinks. (2 euro)…
The location of this hotel is fabulous, right next to Jame Mosque and the old town. My room was facing the courtyard and was fairly spacious, and the courtyard offered a nice space to relax. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous - really delicious and lots of variety - the best I had during the whole of my stay in Iran! Breakfast was served on the rooftop so I also had a lovely rooftop view whilst enjoying my delicious breakfast. The rooms and courtyard are really cute and I would stay here again!
