For our honeymoon, we chose Yazd as our destination and Dad Hotel as the over-night lounge. As one of the best 4-star hotels tucked deeply in the old districts of Yazd, Dad hotel puts out the very best features of a classical Persian hotel. From the hotel, some of the most praised and incredible historical sites like the Zoroastrian's Fire Temple, Jameh Mosque of Yazd, The Water Museum, Alexander's Prison, Amir Chakhmaq Complex, and The Historical Fahadan Neighborhood, are just a stone-throw away. Aside from the astonishing nearby delights, the very own heart-stealer beauty of the hotel's facing and breathtaking stucco work shouts of the countless mementos carved into its body and soul, something you can really take in as you drink a hot Persian tea in its courtyard. If staying on the ground isn't your thing, then step higher and ascend to the hotel's rooftop where a sudden wind of admiration gets your head swirling as the view of look-alike buildings surrounding you begins to rise. If you're looking for a magical time in a magical city, think of Dad Hotel, where the experience starts from the first steps you take into the establishment. Here, and despite the old roots, nothing gets old nor boring.…
Very good hot !! On the outside it looks very simple, but on the inside it is very beautiful. The decor is beautiful, the internal garden is very beautiful, everything very clean. We stayed in 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. The room was quite big, beds very comfortable, with kitchen. The only problem was the water in the shower, which ran down the middle of the bathroom, which makes it a little difficult when there are 4 people. But we found a similar problem in almost all the hotels we stayed in Iran. The breakfast is excellent and with many varieties! We stayed at Christmas Night at this hotel. We were very happy to see a big Christmas tree at the entrance to the hotel !!
Well designed Traditional hotel with clean room and great atmosphere. Reception and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and enough variety of food to spend almost 2 hours if you’re not in hurry. I take DIDAR hotel if I return to YAZD again and I suggest it for other.
Great location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, I could not imagine a better one! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. 4 out of 5 because the room including bed linen was pretty old.
I stayed in many different hotels in Iran and I think this one was my favourite. I say this because of the overall ambience of the hotel which felt quiet and relaxing. I always get a bit worried about the possible noise level with this sort of hotel layout but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The hotel has thoughtfully put carpet on the tiles of each floor so that you don’t hear footsteps. I love big rooms with lots of natural light and my room did not disappoint. The decor is also beautiful. The bathroom is nothing special but everything was cleaned and worked fine. At night the hotel lights up beautifully. The free breakfast is more than adequate and they were one of the few hotels to actually offer milk to go with tea. I would definitely stay here again.
