After a horrible day of travelling we ended up at this resort. A friendly young men greeted us, showed us a room and introduced himself as Party (what could go wrong with a name like that right?). The room had lake view, A/C, hot shower and was clean. He told us this room wasn't renovated yet (they're renovating all the...

First of all, the property is nice. But. I think this is more suitable for a family because for couple it is too noisy as there are lots of kids and families coming here. Secondly I think it's not professional enough. The towels are not provided in the room and there is no interphone from room to reception. So I...

I didn't choose this hotel for my 2-night stay on Pulau Samosir - my tour operator did - but I was very pleased with it. The hotel is right on the lake and you can swim in a section of it if you want to. The property is attractive, clean and mostly quiet (some inconsiderate noisy guests frolicking in the...

Disgusting services !!! Bad housekeeping services. Charge high prices for unusual condition for eg. If you broke something like the furniture and more. Not friendly environtment. Be carefull if you took something like towel, etc. Overall UNRECOMMENDED!!!!!

No SOP, service is terrible, facility is poor...oh boy, I can't believe that we had to pay for IDR 500,000 for deluxe & IDR 1,500,000 for family room. If you're traveller & used to a good service & proper facility, stay away from this hotel!!! This was nightmare...!

A short trip with family to Samosir Island, and stay in this hotel. Very beautiful scenery of Toba Lake, although it's quite exhausted just to walk from the jetty to lobby only. The breakfast is not very nice, but surrounding area got lots of good food. We manage to find the only Chinese food restaurant within walking distance from this...

I spent 4D3N here in one of the best lakeside hotel in Tuk-Tuk Siadong, Samosir Village. The sightseeing sceneries around the hotel is fascinating. The service is very good. The facilities of the hotel could be one of the best that you could have: clean rooms with inside bathroom, great lakeview swimmingpools, bar serving beers & wines, resto with various...

Had 2 night stay here. Staff is warm and welcoming. Some things to take note: housekeeping is not done on daily basis. Towels are in "short supply" and you are requested to exchange with new ones personally at the counter. Water pressure is low. Hotel allows guests to bring their own stuff and BBQ beside the lake. So expect some...
