The staff at Bai Dinh went over an above for us during our stay. Although this is further out of town than other accommodation we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing time we had in the afternoons and we also had the option to do more adventurous activities throughout the day.

We stayed at this resort for two nights recently and it did not disappoint! From the moment of arrival we were treated to welcome tea and asked to relax poolside whilst awaiting check in. One room was available early that morning so we were able to move straight in and store our luggage. The location is perfect for all of the surrounding activities with the Bai Dinh Pagoda (just a minute's bicycle ride down the road) a major highlight. The resort itself treated us to fantastic breakfasts included in the room rate and great range of cocktails. The gardens are perfectly maintained and staff very helpful. We were even able to easily organise a private transfer to Hanoi at the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend people travelling to the stunning Ninh Binh area to stay at the Bai Dinh Garden Resort and Spa. Great value and right in the centre of delicious local food and attractions. We will be coming back here for sure!…

We stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent time. The team working at the resort is so friendly and helped us make the experience, organizing a last minute tour to Trang an - mua cave, they arranged a car to Ha long bay. Beautiful garden, the rooms are spacious with gorgeous bathrooms, comfy beds. Highly recommended !

Booked this hotel at late notice as our original choice was quarantined due to the coronavirus. We had originally discounted this hotel based on its remote location, coupled with previous TripAdvisor reviewers complaints about the food. Unfortunately, I have to agree the food was not good and particularly pricey for the area. There are not many alternatives close by, but we settled for a family run roadside place which offered very reasonably priced, tasty food called Tiến Thắm Restaurant. Hotel pros Good night sleep Clean, modern room Good wifi Cons Gym- more like a storage facility for some gym equipment and dining chairs. Pool- although we saw them cleaning it every morning, because it didn't have a filter, by the afternoon it looked murky and had lots of flys floating in it. Service- On two occasions, staff let themselves into our room without knocking. Would be a good idea to add do not disturb signs As an aside we nearly didn't come to Ninh Binh after reading mix reviews. So glad we did,the scenery is stunning. Hire a motorbike and have fun exploring.…

It was such a pitty we only could stay for 1 night in Bai Dinh Garden Resort. The place looks like a fairytale and all staff is so willing and attending to take care of you. Absolutely Great Hospitality 🌷and the restaurant serves delicious dishes. Checked out and waiting for the night train we could still use all facilities. A real relaxing location.
