This hotel is just a few years old. And everything is very well thought out. The rooms are well maintained, spacious and very clean. The staff is polite, smiling and not servile, which I find annoying. The food is excellent. Particular the breakfast was nice. One interesting detail. I missed ice. And on the 3rd breakfast, I thought it couldn't be so and start looking. And of course, then I found the ice bucket. There is an adequate swimming pool, but too cold in January to use. They have a gym. I had a lot of help from Hani, the guest manager, before I arrived. This via effective use of email. It is not cheap. I booked via hotels.com and it was 63 USD a night. But worth it. The Internet fast approx. 35 Mbits up and down which is very good for a hotel. We came from Halong Bay after a 3 days/2 nights cruise. (See other review.) The hotel met us at disembarkment quay with a smile and a big fancy car. 45 kms to the hotel at 30 USD. Worth it.…
In my opinion, this place is so convenient with resonable price. Clean, safety and cozy with enthusiastic staff that have help me a lot during staying here. So close to Van Cao - a place that is called like Little Korean Village in habor city, I found that all services like restaurants, massage spa, barber, convenient stores, coffee shop like Starbucks and Highland made me feel so comfy and convenient.
We arrived very late and the front desk person looked at us and said, “you guys look tired”. Then demanded to keep our passports. My room is smokey. The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good.
