Nice large room very spacious with balcony. Comfortable Bed Breakfast was mainly pho and rolls No menu choices really sparse. I ate at circle K next door. Hot water and water pressure was lacking Other than that was a nice 2 night stay. The tourist industry now very lacking due to travel restrictions with covid. I can understand that.
we stay 1 night at this hotel, rooms are clean, we had the city view and not the sea. We were traveler group. breakfast was good, we enjoy the stay. location is near the center. no need to have a taxi or transportation to the night market.
This hotel was booked by our tour company. We arrived in the room and found bugs climbing all over the counter under the TV and small ants in the bathroom. The floor is carpet and was a little stained as was one of the chairs. A dog outside barked all night keeping us awake on the 6th floor.
We came to Can Tho from Phu Quoc and stayed at one of the best hotels we have experinced so far. Everything went very well from the check-in all the way to the check-out. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony overlooking the Mekong river was breathtaking. Breakfast was very good and there were a lot to choose from. The staff was more than friendly, helping us with everything we askes of them. We highly recommend to give this hotel a try whenever in Can Tho.
My friend and I booked our trip from Saigon to Can Tho. We arrived, checked in, and explored the city. When we got back to the hotel we were told that we were being kicked out of the hotel because my friend’s nationality is Korean. This decision did not come from local authorities or from government ruling, but simply because the manager doesn’t want Koreans staying in the hotel now.
Claims to be a 4 star hotel - charges extra for water, and a couple of hours late check out even though the hotel was no where near full. Staff was taking pictures of people sunbathing at the pool, presumably for marketing purposes. Maybe should have had the courtesy to ask if this was OK. This is not what one would expect of a 4 star hotel.
We were bowled over by the service and staff at this hotel. Nguyen was simply wonderful to the point where he got us into the staff quarters to watch the Lunar New Year fireworks. He couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean, the breakfast was good & the pool adequate. But our overwhelming memory was the service given to us by Nguyen.
The area is bustling with day to day life and it’s a short walk to the city centre. The views from the balcony make this hotel amazing, whilst the rooms are a good size with mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities (no milk or whitener though), good wardrobe space and room safe. Rooftop bar is worth a visit with a happy hour from 16:00-18:00, and a pool on the first floor. Ideal base for exploring.
We stayed here for 1night as we were on a tour. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Our room even though it was overlooking the main road was quiet with a view over the river. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very varied and enjoyable. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby with choices to suit all tastes.
the 4 stars hotel is located ideally for tourists in a 5 stars location. The hotel is nicely built and furnished, rooms very clean and well kept, breakfast is enough diversified and consistent in Asian and European food, the service staff very welcoming, attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, public utilities of the property are not at the same standards - one elevator of two was permanently out of service, WiFi intermitent and, most disturbing, banqueting activities impaire badly upon day-to-day use by hotel guests of swimming pool, rooftop bar and caffee, etc. Tourist assistance for guests is very poor. An honest advice: chose another hotel in Can Tho if you wish a peaceful 4 stars stay as a regular visitor!
