I liked the hotel becauSe of the friendly and English speaking staff. They help me with everything I need and always had a smile on their faces. The room has AC, WiFi clean beds and hot shower. I think the bed mattress was quite hard and not that comfortable though. There is a rooftop terrace which you can go to... More

I booked the small single room before arriving here and when I arrived I was shown the room and given the option to pay to upgrade. The room was quite small and that is what I expected so for me it was fine. If you are traveling as a couple I think it would be a little tight. Everything else... More

Great value for all the information in English they could provide and very friendly staff! Before booking they informed me that the room was not very spacious. I could see the room and indeed there was little space, but it had a doubble bed and for a solo traveler, the size was perfect. Also good location.

- great location, in the city center, near Vincom, Lotte Mart and other well-known food places (a-few-minute walk) - friendly and helpful staff - my room was clean, a bit too small but I personally don't need that much space. the hot tap did not work properly (this happens almost everywhere I have been to), the blanket was too thin... We stayed at Xoai for two days and on arrival changed rooms. The room they had us in was facing the street and quite noisy. We changed for one in the back. The things we liked the most was the friendly staff and the tour guide Thoai that booked through them. The rooms are run down and the wifi is... More

Excellent service. English university students run it. The room was spacious, clean, modern, cool, and comfortable. We loved the rooftop patio. The best part of staying here were the two tours they organized for us. We took the 7 hour floating market tour and the free night food tour. The tours were both incredible!! The tour guides were fantastic. They... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Xiao hotel- the staff went out of their way to help us organize everything from bus transport in the region to an excellent Mekong Delta boat tour and evening street food tour that the hotel organizes every night. The room was comfortable and clean with good AC, if a bit cramped. The rooftop... More
