Detailed Reviews
I can't recommend this beautiful boutique hotel enough. The rooms are absolutely stunning all decked out in traditional Uzbek style. They are clean and spacious and have everything you need. The location is excellent being only 5 minutes walk from the main street. The staff are adorable - so helpful and so friendly. Nargiza in particular is excellent. She organised a guide and transfers for me and as a female travelling alone for the first time in Uzbekistan I felt completely confident with her organising everything. She answered all my emails promptly and efficiently. Upon meeting her in person I couldn't thank her enough for her help. If you're heading to Bukhara do consider staying at this gorgeous boutique hotel. It really is just perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Bukhara. The hotel is a magical treat, with the rooms decorated in the traditional style of the region and set around a courtyard. We arrived late in the evening, and were warmly welcomed with a pot of delicious lemon tea. Our rooms were sparkling clean and the bathrooms were large with plenty of linen provided. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and furnished and breakfast was very good, so much to choose from. I would most definitely stay here again if I'm every lucky enough to return to Bukhara.

I met up my wife and her well travelled 85 yr old mother a few days later in Minzifa Hotel.
Though their prearranged airport pickup wasn't there ( Reason not giving 5 stars ), I was surprised to find them so nicely situated. Narghiza, Mgr of Minzifa, had already made them feel at home.
Hotel has history and character going way back. We explored the old city, its alleys and passages, madrasas and mashjids. If there were no other guests, I'd have explored all the rooms and the walls of this hotel too. History in colors and crafts. It has the madrasa wing, the Sarai ( Inn ) and the main section, we stayed in the later two, were given a tour by Narghiza and filled us in with the interesting details. Some rooms don't get enough sunlight, and there are no elevators, so keep that in mind. All along she and Nasrollah, made our stay so memorable. Both of them are very prompt and professional, communicates well in English and can be a travellers problem solver.
Hot and cold breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10, last day they opened it up @ 7 for us to leave by 7:30 am. Thank you Narghiza Apa. Wish, we encounter you and Nasrollah at all the hotels we stay.
P.S. Cash only, but they do accept USD.

A small hotel designed in the national style of the Bukharians. I liked the complete immersion in the atmosphere. Very filling. The rooms have excellent plumbing, the ceiling, doors and shutters are made in the old style, and in some places they are even preserved in the original. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly

You will be able to feel the spirit of Bukhara if you stay at this hotel. Here every door, every stone, every column becomes an object for contemplation. The hotel is located in two locations, essentially across the street. The rooms are all in an old traditional style. But here you will find ideal, by the way, quite expensive bed linen, embroidered bedspreads, and magnificent towels. Shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, electric kettle, water - all in the rooms. Wi-Fi works great. Breakfast (buffet) is also a feast of taste. Freshly brewed coffee, local fresh pastries, melon, apricots, cherries, yogurt, omelettes or pancakes, some varieties of jam, in general, you don’t want to leave. You can have breakfast in the common room, or in the courtyard, as your heart desires. There are smoking areas and ashtrays everywhere. The staff is extremely responsive and ready to help with anything. By the way, someone wrote in the comments that there is no way to the hotel, I don’t know what this is about, but they brought us here by car, and we left by taxi right from the doorstep. It takes 30 minutes to get to the station, the cost of a taxi is 25 thousand soms. And one more thing: it’s very quiet in Minzif. Both in the rooms and outside the window. Very beautiful, cozy and tasty!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Minzifa Hotel and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The room and furnishings were well-appointed. Our stay was very comfortable with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful and service-oriented. The hotel is in a great location and enjoys easy access to many of the main sights in Bukhara. The noise does carry a bit from the courtyard, but overall is not too bothersome. Their laundry service was also expedient and thorough. It is a great option for a stay in Bukhara!

We recently stayed here with our two teenage boys in two rooms around a courtyard. The location was perfect, being so close to Lyabi Hauz Square and the staff were brilliantly helpful with taxis, questions and recommendations. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was plentiful. Our heartfelt thanks to Nargiza and her assistant manager and all the staff. We will tell all our friends about our stay.

Stayed in the madrassa rooms. Amazed by how effective the air conditioning and the hot water pressure was. Nice peaceful sleep. Had booked for the other side in one of the traditional rooms but the suite/deluxe room had very noisy air conditioning and big windows with lots of light coming through.
Breakfast was unimpressive and preferred to eat out.
The female manager runs it well and was very helpful with transfers to the station etc.
Speaking to others who had used tour companies from the UK they wished they had stayed here.

Decent hotel in the center of Bukhara.
Nice location with central courtyard.
Nothing more.
The room on the ground floor where we stayed was large and decorated, but noisy as it was near the reception and opposite the breakfast room.
The breakfast was sufficient and the management by the staff was totally impersonal.
Organization of the city tour by the hotel agency at a price double that of what we paid at tourist information.
I wouldn't go back.
