I stayed three nights here and it was the best hotel stay of my holiday in Uzbekistan. The breakfasts were freshly prepared, varied plentiful and tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who made guests feel cared for and special. It's a delight and I would love to return.

This is a beautifully restored and carefully decorated 19 century Madrassa within a lovely courtyard setting. Breakfasts are a perfect blend of home made local produce. The staff are friendly, courteous and couldn't be more helpful.

I have stayed at Amulet Hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of June and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located near the Lyabi Hauz and at a walking distance from all the historic sites. It is an old madrassa turned into a charming small hotel. The rooms are built around an inner yard, and there is a...

If you like a charming cosy place, you are absolutely right in Amulet. Beyond the spacious rooms which suprised me after seeing the small doors the hotel lobbies are in Uzbek style and nicely fitted. Also to mention the outstanding service taking care of everything you wish and the perfect location (walking distance for almost everything).

We stayed in Amulet for one night, just to experience a stay in a 17th century Madrasa. The place is so original and gives you a great feeling of being part of the culture. The interior is very natural. The rooms are very pretty. The bed sheet was a beautiful piece of Suzani and it was wonderful. The floor carpet...

It was a treat to stay in this former madrassah. Our room was tastefully decorated with local crafts; nothing was tacky or out of place. We had the comforts of a big hotel, ie. hot water, a nicely tiled bathroom, comfortable beds in a well-lit (and photogenic) room, a great breakfast (outdoors). The place is a short, manageable and safe...

2005 the hotel was available to book via email only. Through email conversation with the owner she helped us in several additional issues as well, including internal air tickets and information. The conversation was possible only in Russian though. The hotel itself is reconstructed 17th century medrese (Muslim religious school) and is a part of the government supported program of...

I was so happy I chose Amulet for my accommodation in Bukhara as this is an authentic madrassa turned into a very boutique-y guesthouse without compromising on any of the original settings, decor, furnishings and yet as comfortable as a modern hotel could be!! I loved the positive vibes I felt here.It was absolutely clean.Zula and Jamshed went out of their way...

We booked our room in Amulet based on recommendations from guidebooks and tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. The old madressa turned hotel is a really unique experience. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is great and breakfast was one of the best we had in Uzbekistan.
