The hotel is in a very convenient location close to all the city attractions. The room was clean and quite. The heating was very good and the breakfast delicious. The hotel manager was very welcoming and when we faced a problem with our train tickets we helped us immensely. The staff is very kind and they all speak good English.

Very helpful and friendly staff! They forgot to pick us up in the railways station. When we arrived with taxi, hotel staff was waiting us at drop-off point, paid our ride and didn’t charge us. Hotel has excellent location, really in the Center of the old town, walking distance from all main sights. Rooms are clean and proper. Breakfast selection is pretty good and hotel has a bar - for those who prefer wine - with best prices and selections of wines by glass in the city.

This hotel wins on convenience. It's very central and it's nice to be able to walk straight out into the historical centre of the town. Our room was extremely spacious. Although we booked a double we were given a family room, the space was nice but a double bed was expected. No matter, we didn't raise the matter with reception. Our flights did change once or twice and the hotel were patient with us as we had to change our booking. The aircon was effective. It was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, you could request a cooked egg dish but I don't know if they charge extra. There was unlimited filter coffee. The hotel was very good value and they gave us complimentary late check out for which we were grateful. When we were booking the hotel was quick to respond to emails. Not by any means usual in Uzbekistan! I can recommend this hotel. It was good value. Clearly this hotel has several rooms of different grades. Some with balcony, some doubles. It would be really helpful if this hotel would specifically label some of their rooms on their website so potential guests know exactly which room they are booking. …

We stayed for two nights on an Intrepid tour. The room was comfortable with quilts warm enough for the chilly nights. It's right in the old quarter with many historic monuments, eateries, ATMs and shopping within easy walking distance. Breakfast range was impressive and delicious. Very friendly staff, oh and Wifi. Would highly recommend to travellers!

Important to understand that hotels in Uzbekistan, outside of Tashkent, are very very basic. Within that universe, Malika Bukhara is an OK establishment. Rooms are clean and spacious, but everything is really basic. Location of this hotel is fantastic - and let's be honest, stays are quite affordable, so nothing to compare about. I think the country has a massive opportunity to upgrade the quality of hotels. With all due respect to Hotel Malika, I wish there were 4 star hotels in town (again, given the choices I would probably stay here again)

I had two nights at this hotel. Room was clean and air cond worked well. Also you can buy some water at reception. The best thing is location and staff. Thanks for Nozim to make this stay awesome! Hope to visit Bukhara as soon as possible.

We visited Bukhara for the first time as a family of four. To our surprise Hotel Malika Bukhara just fit the bill. Located in the heart of the city the place is perfect for a touristy local feel. The rooms are nice and clean. The amenities of the hotel keep your mornings and evenings pleasantly busy. But the highlight of the stay will have to be the staff. They are hardworking, polite and truly professional. As a special mention Mr. Nozim Nizomovich was absolutely wonderful in his demeanor and extended us the warmest welcome in Bukhara. Miss Aziza was very cordial as well. Such individual professionalism is really a benchmark for others to learn from. All in all a great experience.

I spent two days in Bukhara--an amazing place. I stayed one night at the Malika. Their very friendly staff and perfect location are the first two compliments. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (18) was somewhat small (but nice high ceiling) --- but it was all that I needed. Everything was very clean and the water was hot right away in the shower. They have a nice courtyard, breakfast room, and other spaces. Definitely a great value and fantastic place to stay!

The hotel is located in the center of the Bukhara historical area, however, it is on a quiet street and the music nearby does not leak into the hotel. The staff are very helpful and professional and thank them for their kindness.
