They did not care - at all! The breakfast-buffet could be called "SuperSpreaderEvent": No PlexiGlas and none of the 15 guests is wearing a mask but they talk to each other while standing in front of the buffet. And the staff is not wearing masks either - but no! only one time I saw them wearing masks - and that was, when we were the only guests at lunch... Sad but true - they don´t care...

A wonderful hotel, situated in a beautiful forest with clean air. The staff are exceptionally friendly and polite and the restaurant serves a wonderful mixture of traditional and modern dishes - all are very high quality and tasty. High standard conference rooms and coffee break facilities. My first choice, and always exceeds my expectations every time.

This is second time I have been there. It's location is awesome. It looks like a jungle lodge. In the midst of woods. Wooden Structure. A really nice experience. Excellent service and support by staff.

I was told that this was the best place to stay for my visit. The lady that told me this was correct. The staff was very friendly and professional. Prices are great for the quality of service and rooms. The hotel is not far from the city center and a very peaceful relaxing place to stay.

This hotel is a little bit fir from the town. But they has the restaurant and good hospitality. The room is clean and simple. They gave us the lunch box ,because Our check out time was 6pm . It’s good! このホテルは街から少し離れていました、その為ホテル内のレストランで食事をする事になりました。ウクライナ料理を堪能しました。部屋は清潔でシンプル。 何よりスタッフが皆親切で、翌朝６時出発の、私達に弁当を持たせてくれました。お陰で気持ちよく出発することができました。

We are here for a three-day business training. We find it in a very quiet area on the edge of a forest. The internet is very stable and strong. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner like I have at home. The staff is friendly, attentive and ever person I met speaks English. The rooms recently must have been renovated. They are modern and very clean. I can really recommend this hotel!

Located in the edge of the pine forest. Very thin curtains which means that difficult to sleep in the morning, spiders in the room. Not overly comfortable bed. Good breakfast, plenty of parking. If the wedding is on the ground gloor, it will be pretty loud

Cherkasy is not a place I had any plans on visiting, but I wound up here for a couple of days. The Hotel Ukraine sits in the Cherkasy Forest just north of the city, and is a beautiful property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service friendly, and the stay was quite pleasant all around. The adjacent Kosmos Bowling provides another nice bar and place for snacks, and you're not too far from the city, reachable by taxi or a trolley bus that stops out front. I was here over a weekend during which time two weddings were held here, and it was excellent to see how they were treated as well. Cherkasy might not be a common destination for tourists, but Hotel Ukraine is a great place to stay while you are there.

It is a nice hotel close to the woods. The nature surrounding is fabulous for walking jogging and things like this. The rooms are clean and the service is good. Unfortunately the city centre is a bit far away but quiet good reachable by bus.

I stayed here for a business trip in Cherkasy. The hotel is located about 5 km from the city, and is tucked away in the woods. Depending on which building you are in, and what side will determine how quiet it is. My room looks out to the roadway, and is a little noisy if the window is open. However, if the window is shut it is very quiet. The beds are a little firmer than I generally like, but the bathroom is decent sized, and they refresh the room daily with new towels if you like. The attached restaurant is nice, but the breakfast is a little wanting. Overall it was a good place, at a decent price and I would stay here again if I come back.
