The worst hotel ever encountered in Thailand. Front desk staff was not helpful or even bother attempting to change one of our 5 twin bed rooms to double bed, even though we had it pre arranged. They just conveniently give all twin beds based on their convenience. Shower pressure is like a baby peeing, you are better off scooping water from the basin tap to shower. Barely any amenities are provided, bring your own! Moulds and algae are growing on the shower walls, filthy to the max !! Other than the ambience lighting in the room, there is nothing at all worth mentioning positively. The bedroom furnitures are like recycled from scrape yard, aircon is not even cool at all. The breakfast food served are cold.

We can only give one small positive-the staff were friendly and tried to help us, although they did not speak any English. The hotel was unclean, very dated, the pillows were too high and hard, the sheets had hair on them (they happily changed them), the table and chairs inside room were filthy, outside the window there were baby birds and droppings that had accumulated from many years, breakfast was terrible, level 2 was supposed to have massages however the ladies came to our room, used our towels, did not give us one hour, were on their phones and demanded tips. There was also nothing to do around the hotel.

This was the 4th time staying at the Vasidtee and what a Mess it is in. We booked in for 15 nights and paid in advance due to past experiences..... What a Mistake this was. The hotel has deteriorated over the last 3 years and badly in need of redecorating but I believe the management will not do anything or spend any money. We were supplied with a superior room No 422 and the first thing we noticed was the dust everywhere and looked like it had not been cleaned for many weeks. They offered to clean the room while we waited. Then they offered us another room 509 which was cleaner but the springs were coming through on the bed. We asked for a new bed but were taken back to room 422. On inspection the room was still not cleaned properly so we had the manager come and showed her the problem. They then had the room cleaned properly. Over the next few days we had a catalogue of disasters such No bathrobes or clean towels unless requested. We made numerous complaints and even asked for a refund so we could move to a superior hotel. No chance of a refund. Breakfast cold and unappetising. After the first week the service did improve slightly. I do not blame the staff because they did the best under the circumstances. The noise from the Club downstairs and Karaoke upstairs is unbelievable until 5am every morning. This hotels problems are the management and owners (who we do know and talked to). one word sums up this hotel APPALLING!!!!

My friend and I stopped off at the visadtee for an overnighter on our South to North road trip. First impressions of the hotel were great, the lighting on the outside and format of the building was spectacular! However...this was then immediately ruined by the unbelievably rude receptionist. I'm not sure if she just didn't like "farangs" or what. We got checked into a room with no door handle. Upon returning to reception we got made to look like idiots trying to explain that we didn't want another keycard but that the door had no handle! Shower was filthy, the entire room was dusty and dirty. And the bed! Well let me put it this way, I would rather have slept on a medieval torture plank whilst being burned and prodded with a sharp stick
