We arrived without reservation and got two bungalows. They are clean and roomy enough and cheap - did i mention cheap? Friendly service and just a 5 minute walk away from the night market to get some food. The in house breakfast is amazing, especially the french toast and the fried bananas with homemade yogurt.

Perfect place to stay in Sukhothai. Good prices, great restaurant in the hostel and a lot of other good ones really close. Friendly staff always there to help you. The bus station to go in the ancient city is really close. Really comfy beds and hot showers, we enjoyed our stay! Try their homemade yogurt breakfast! Its reaaaally good!

Room was small and basic, but comfortable and perfectly fine for a few nights. Lady who owns it was very friendly and pointed out places in the local area to visit - she even drove off to get ice for me when I stubbed my toe on one of the benches! Breakfast delicious and affordable. Only downside, the shared bathrooms...

Double room was very cheap. Mosquitos in room despite nets on window, but i guess that is the norm in Thailand. Room was basic with fan (no aircon) and was very warm. However, room was very clean and lady on desk was super helpful. Shower and toilet were in block and was infested with mosquitos. An okay stay for a...

We booked here for 1 night because it was cheap. It was ok for a night but wouldn't reccomend staying for a long period of time. It was too hot to sleep (no airco, just a fan) even in the rain season. We had our plane tickets printed at the reception which took them an hour. And there wasnt enough...

The bungalows were on the smaller side of things but none the less adequate. Being small you'd expect it to be stuffy but because there was AC in our room it was perfectly acceptable! the shower room was good however could have been cleaned better with mold-remover and your surrounded by lovely colourful KOI fish! Food was good and the...

Owners are so kind !! We left our smartphone in the hotel while leaving for Chang Mai and the lady came in hurry on her bike to bring it to us on time !!! I haven't seen that so often though ! Facilities are clean and the price-quality ratio is unbeatable ! You won't regret it.

Location The Baan Thai Guesthouse and Restaurant is not exactly near the Sukhothai Historic park, it is at the new city. Roughly about 14km away. But you can get a tuk tuk or even ride to the park which is just straight down the main road. The Guesthouse is just beside a big river canal. Room I stayed at the...

BanThai owners are absolutely the sweetest and most helpful of any hostel I have been too. The facilities are clean, the grounds are well taken care of, and the food is great. The only con for me was the location. Now, if you come to Sukhothai for the "culture," I.E the night market and day market, then this place is...

We loved staying here. Stayed in the little wooden cabins - very small- but had aircon and large bed. Cute little garden too. The best thing about this accommodation was the food. The amazing affectionate cook (we forget her name) made the most amazing dinner and breakfast!
