Spotless...this is the most important to me ,I can put up with other stuff. Comfy bed [not hard as they can be in Asia] Great value. We stayed in the luxury bungalow ,remember the price, it was a fair size, good air con ,no wardrobe [often the case - a reminder that we have to much stuff ! ] Spotless...

We really enjoyed the Ban Thai Guesthouse. The family is extremely helpful and friendly and the bungalows are simple but clean, and offer everything you need. The food in the guesthouse is absolutely fantastic and one of the best we've had so far. It's definitely a good place to stay at.

This is a very friendly place to stay. We stayed in the bungalow that looks like a Swiss chalet set in pretty garden. Clean and comfy. Close to some tasty restaurants and the bus to old city to view the Historic heritage park. It is on the river. They were doing some river defences during our stay so noise of...

We stayed for 2 nights rather than just one as we loved it. For the price the bungalow was exceptional. Clean and cute! Had good aircon, Mozzie guards on the window and a fan! The location is great and the staff are really sweet and helpful. Only ate breakfast here but was nice. Would 100% recommend the bungalow to people...

We had a very great stay at the Ban Thai Guesthouse. Our Room was very clean. It has an aircon and a fan which is perfect. its very close to the mainstreet, only about 5 minutes to walk. friendly staff and good wifi. the only thing we regeted was the amount of mosquitos. otherwise very good price-performance ratio, thank you!

1.rude staff at the reception 2.from my window I could only see garbage 3.you have to go through a slum to get to the rooms area 4.the blankets are just big towels 5.they refuse to keep your luggage after check-out, so you will have to carry all your suitcases with you all day. You can find much better guesthouses in...

We arrived without reservation and got two bungalows. They are clean and roomy enough and cheap - did i mention cheap? Friendly service and just a 5 minute walk away from the night market to get some food. The in house breakfast is amazing, especially the french toast and the fried bananas with homemade yogurt.

Room was small and basic, but comfortable and perfectly fine for a few nights. Lady who owns it was very friendly and pointed out places in the local area to visit - she even drove off to get ice for me when I stubbed my toe on one of the benches! Breakfast delicious and affordable. Only downside, the shared bathrooms...
