We were very satisfied with this hotel. We didn't try the massage facility and only ate breakfast in the restaurant. Bed was comfortable, AC was very good, it was quiet, and the wifi worked well. A good bargain because the price is surprisingly low.
There were a handful of local massage shops near the guesthouse but we settled for the services at Pai Sukhothai Resort as it was next door to Foresto Sukhothai Guesthome. This was probably the worst massage on our trip. They didn’t even wash our feet before the massages (it was a bit disturbing as the feet were done first and the same hands massages our heads later) and were constantly busy answering phones during the hourlong massage.
The hotel is located in the new sukhothai city (15 min tuk-tuk distance from the historical park). The hotel has a swimming pool, essential but nice to have after walking for hours in the park. They also have a massage center in the hotel (200 bath per person per one hour, nothing compared to Italy). We checked in at 2 am, they waited us! Rooms are very clean and also the shower works perfectly. Only the bed is a bit hard, but depends on personal habits! Nearby there is a small burger place run by few young guys which offers delicious burgers and steak. Suggested.
We came to the hotel early morning after bus trip from Bangkok. Although the reception has been closed, we could stay inside and right after opening of the reception we got the keys from one room to get shower and put the luggage inside.Room was well equipped, large and clean. There was swimming pool in the hotel as well. Breakfast rich and tasty. Staff professional and very helpful. Perfect value for the money.
Ka Pai in New Zealand means good job! Pai Sukhothai really is a lovely place to stay. Friendly staff and clean inviting rooms. The pool is a salt water pool and actually has a deep end that means from waist up isn't exposed! The breakfast and food in general is top notch and we enjoyed eating there each morning and evening! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would recommend to others and would defiantly rebook
