Lovely location beside small canal, very lush tropical gardens and inviting swimming pool. The rooms which are wooden are large and decorated in a traditional Thai style. Bathroom was a bit dated. Evening buffet very good on first evening but 17 people ordering a la carte the following evening caused great confusion. Had a Thai massage for 400 baht for 1 hour...

It is really nice premises with beautifully kept garden and nice long swimming pool. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The reception was very helpful and organised everything for us, they also provide free drop off and pick up service for the historical park and old sukhotai. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and functional,...

This is one of the hotels one wants to avoid. One feels the whole room is dirty and does not want to touch anything including the bed. And worst of all there is a bad smell in the room. The hotel and the rooms urgently require renovation in particular the bathrooms with the mold. Even the towels are thin dirty...

This is our second stop from Bangkok to Chang Mai. Very basic standard room, hard bed and pillows. Broken remote controls, room looks very used and old. Same for the bathroom, stinks, towels grey/ brownish with holes in them. Breakfast: cutlery looks not very inviting to put in your mouth, here again the whole room old, outdated and dusty. Broken...

As my friend said it's like they put a veneer on a bad tooth. Shower barely worked. Wifi never got going. Concrete floors are sticky. Tiny ants in room. Can't flush toilet paper. And some crazy bird or something outside the window making a loud sound every hour or so once it got dark.

This is a very beautiful resort. On the edge of the historical park, a world heritage site. That why we stayed here. The rooms are very modern and new and comfortable. The grounds are very attractive. Now the down side. Restaurant needs to be improved. I ordered three things off the menu before I got something they had. One friend...

Stayed here for two nights as part of our tour of Thailand to do the historic sights which are fab and we did them by bicycle, but the hotel seems to be lacking in good management. The staff were all helpful and friendly but seemed to be unaware of faults. The breakfast buffet should be kept warm and look more...

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be a very nice hotel located less than 10 minutes drive away from the historical park and also 10 minutes away from the new city. There is no convenience store within walking distance but there is a BiGC hypermarket about 5 minutes away by car. The property...

Definitely will come back again to this resort! Comfortable and lovely environment ! We paid at cheap and reasonable price, but got the 5star services and stay. The buffet breakfast was in great variety of choices, delicious! I love this hotel very much!
