PROS - Understanding owner We arrived at 6am in the morning to check-in and realised that we didn't have sufficient cash and card payment wasn't available. The owner was kind enough to let us have our room first to get some rest and told us to make payment later in the morning. - Free Wi-Fi - Beautiful and cosy bedroom... More

I've booked a bungalow to have a different ambiance than the typical guesthouse rooms, anyway the price is reasonable and I would say cheap. The bungalow is cozy and have a romantic touch because of the bed setting that gives a classic mood. Although there were mosquitoes that managed to get inside the room and the noise of the people... We stayed in a bungalow for two nights and we should have stayed longer. The bungalow was probably our favourite stay during our whole trip. The outside is amazing to just read/play cards/talk/drink and listen to the nature and ongoings around you. Would definitely stay again, without a doubt. So reasonably priced for what we received.

We stayed in a renovated room with airco (600bht) the room was very nicely decorated, the only thing which was not new were the matresses. I could feel the springs in my back. On arrival the room was full of mosquetos And we spend some time killing them. There is a little fridge, although it was not plugged in And... More

First they warnt me that hey were renovating the rooms and they were sorry about the noise. I only stayed there for 2 night. Didn't had any problems because of the noise. In the morning I already was up and I wasn't in the room anyway during the day. The owner is very kind and flexible. I came a day... More

TR guest house - recommended by travel fish with decent review on TA. Very convenient location by the river in new Sukothai, walk to bars, restaurants, markets and bus to old town and historical park. Nice lobby/restaurant with Wifi fronting the street, we stayed in the bungalow at the back - rustic, dark, reasonably clean, but very dark. The bed... More

I loved staying here, initially I had only booked for two nights, but ended up staying an extra night. Everything about this place is perfect. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable (it's like having a good memory foam mattress, with the best pillows ever). Even though I only stayed for three nights, my bedding was changed again in... More

First I shall point out that my experience at TR is unique in that I have stayed in perhaps as many as 500 guesthouses over the years here in Thailand. This thankfully is only the second occasion where I had a poor experience. I called a week before and made a point of speaking to the owner wishing to book... More

Good location, right in town... Staff and the owner are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Wifi in the room is not as fast as at the lobby. Too bad that they didn't provide toiletries, and there is no drinking water in the room. Plenty parking space.
