We were just at this hotel two nights. If I remember correctly it was very modern, despite the website saying 4 hours of internet, I had no problem using it as much as I wanted. Good keycard system. Safe in room.

This hotel was my least favorite during our 18 day trip. There was nothing really wrong with it but it was rather dowdy and dark. Our bed was rather lumpy and lower on one side than the other. That being said, the buffet dinner and breakfast were extremely good.

We stayed in the hotel on our jorney to the North. It's a dissent hotel for one night stay but woul not reccomend it for people who would need to stay there for more days. Hotel certainly needs some renovation to adapt to 21st century. But, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Very much enjoyed our stay and request for high floor was honoured with room on 16th floor and great view of city. Main problem was distinct lack of plug sockets; apart from tv and fridge, there was only one other in entire room for the kettle, so we had to keep unplugging that to charge phones/tablets! Hotel lobby leads into...

The hotel is a little old, or maybe its just the style thats classic old... But thats not bad! The rooms are big, and looks ok. Bathrooms are ok, not much luxus, but nothing wrong with them. Beds are good, and houskeeping is clean. They have very good breakfast, lots of different food. Staff is very nice and helpful. Two...

This hotel is the only one you will finde in the City with 5 stars, but please do not expect the same value for the money as you have in Bangkok with a 5 stars hotel!. I will rate this hotel between 3 and 4 stars. It's an old hotel but still ok for what I't can offer for the...

There are not that many hotels in this area and the Topland is one of the better ones. Yes, it's a bit on the older size but it's well maintain. The room was quite comfortable with all the amenities - in room safe, flat screen tv, etc. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping does a nice job. There is...

The hotel is a bit old, and it's rooms show the old style. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly, location is perfect, there's ample multi-storey parking, a department store is adjacent, directly accessible from the hotel, even from the 2nd floor. Another important point for us is the food, not primarily the quality, but the value for money....

The hotel has seen better days but it still remains a reasonable hotel. The reception process was prompt and efficient. The rooms are well overdue for a refurbishment and it was easy to note that a paint job or tile replacement in the bathroom area was now long overdue. The wifi was reliable. The hotel is centrally located to some...

This hotel reminds me of the grand old hotels in the states. Large rooms and well decorated with beautiful furniture. The staff are friendly and always helpful and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was adequate but lacking a bit for the western palate. This will be my go to place to stay in Phitsanulok!
