The newly opened in Phitsanulok, Pattara Resort & Spa is the ideal choice for travelers seeking rest and relaxation, or a chance to explore the beautiful lower north of Thailand.
It was a business trip, so we decided to stay somewhere in town, when we entered the place, it's like they bring the nature into town , the lotus lake and the greenery amid the blocks and buildings of the city. I was totally blown away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, nice pool, staff were great and really helpful.

This place is enchanting. It's built around a big beautiful pond, full of water lilies and big fish. The pool, which is built on the pond, is gorgeous, with various waterfalls and jets all over maintaining the peace and quite of the grounds. Although, it's already so quiet there to begin with that you almost don't need the white noise of the water. It really feels like you're in nature. The bond has this big dock, the restaurant also sits on its own dock, big trees and other flora everything. They did a great job of enclosing the grounds, using various walls, trees, etc. without making you feel closed in. Our room had a front porch that was basically on the pond, and had plenty of privacy as well. Big beautiful bathroom with everything you could possibly need or want. Really…

On a nondescript road in an urban area is this hidden gem. On driving in there were no signs for reception so ended up in the parking area, the security guard summoned a golf cart and we were taken to reception. Checked in and then driven to our room, just around the corner. The room was large with a huge bathroom, the room looked out onto the swimming pool. The staff were very good, we contacted reception during a thunder storm and umbrellas were bought to the room for us to get to the restaurant. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of Thai and Western foods. Would certainly book again.

This was a lovely stay at a very modern hotel. The pool and surroundings are very pretty and the kids spent the bulk of their time in the swimming pool enjoying the poolside service. The language barrier was difficult at times (not much English spoken). However most of the time we seemed to understand each other. On one occasion my boy got a large splinter in his foot from the poolside wood work and refused to let me get it out however one of the staff who spoke no English at all was able to calm my now hysterical boy and remove the splinter very patiently which was about an inch long. We were very very grateful. The restaurant served up a decent breakfast at Ton Tan. Service would vary from poor to great depending who was on. Dinner was often a nightmare with 4 servers…

Great hotel in the city but with an outdoor country feeling, my room was very comfortable with a nice vie of the pool and pond, be aware that with the outdoor setting and surrounded by water you will find lots of mosquitoes, service was excellent and all employees made the effort to communicate with you even if they do not speak english well. I highly recommend this hotel and certainly I will stay there on my next trip

Wonderful oasis of calm and tranquillity with excellent pool area. This resort is comfortable if compared to the other option available in Phitsanulok. Very quiet and peaceful location...not so many guests in the hotel during my stay. Spacious room with a lovely view for those who’d love some time to relax in a beautiful garden and surroundings. You have to try the traditional Thai massage...it really relaxed myself!

This boutique hotel hidden in the central Phitsanulok is one of the most graceful places to stay in Phitsanulok. Its most impressive feature is its large lotus pond view surrounding the rooms and resorts. The room is spacious and service is fine. Breakfast is also good with variety of food.

I come through here about once a year with the family and this is the best resort in this part of Thailand. Nice rooms, nice staff and great location right in the middle of town. The hotel is close to the restaurants on the river. The pool looked good on this last visit. The kids enjoyed it.

A perfect place to stop for the night when traveling from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. A dazzling watery entrance dotted with lily pads leads guests to their rooms or the pool. We enjoyed a swim before dinner in this magnificent pool which blended into lily pad ponds. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and served open air.

I escaped here from Chiang Mai after problems with a dud hotel there at a busy time when there wasn’t much else available. Really not a move I regret in any way. Pattara is a tranquil little oasis, the only noise from outside being the very occasional plane taking off or landing at the nearby airport. Otherwise it is the sound of water, birds and frogs. The resort is built around a large pond covered in water lilies, and around the main hub there are several other similar smaller ponds. The pool area is delightful, almost an infinity pool raised up above the pond, with a few sun loungers and umbrellas. The restaurant is great, with a wide choice of options throughout the day. The breakfast is fantastic, and eating beside the pond with birds flying around is wonderful. I was…
