For such a well situated guesthouse in busy Pai, this was a bargain. We paid 200 tb but I've heard they'll go even lower than that if you're fussed. We had a double bed bungalow with a fan. It was very clean, no funny smells or sights. Fan was strong (you won't need air con in Pai) and the shower... More

For the third time in Pai, and for the third time at this wonderfull guesthouse! Over the years it's still nice and quiet even though the mainstreet is a sec away. The bungalows are nice with a small balcony with nice chairs. The beds are spacious and comfortable for a good night sleep. Don't take the a/c room, it's more... More

the toilet smelled badly, the room was not clean at all, with dust everywhere. I had to buy a sanitizer. the bed covers smelled too. It felt safe, at least. I have been travelling across thailand for a month now and I have never seen anything like this before. During the high season, definitely not worth the money. The receptionist... More

Great guesthouse: clean, very cheap (payed 150 for a private room with private bath, with fan and no a/c but it's not needed, in Pai is very cold). Located near the walking street in a silent zone of Pai. Go there!

Great value, lovely, quiet setting. Just a two minute walk to the walking street and lots of restaurants/bars. Lovely bungalows with outside space. The family are welcoming and helpful and we ended up staying for a lot longer than we intended! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back. P.S having stayed in two different bungalows, the beds are... More

We were so tired from our ourney here that we just wanted to find a place close)by to drop our bags, take a shower, change, and sleep for our first night in Pai. Sleeping in these beds is like sleeping on a table. That was the bad part about this place. The garden is nice, but hadn't been tended to... More

We had no adress yet upon arrival in pai and just found Mr Jan's by chance. The first impression was good, a friendly lady gave us the prices and options. 200B for a bungalow with fan, not bad! And our own front terrace with two good chairs. The be is very hard, but fine for us. The bathroom is simple... More

This guesthouse consists of some bungalows of various sizes in a beautiful green and well kept garden. My bungalow was very very clean with wifi, attached bathroom, small terrace and even hot water and free tea/coffee. Extremely good value as I only paid 100 Baht per night. It is close to the busy walking street but in a very quiet... More

We came here after sleeping not so soundly at Pai River Lodge and was it a godsend! We were shown around the room and we said we would take it because it looked decent and I was feeling really ill. They let us check in without our passports so I could stay in the room while my boyfriend went and... More
