As it seems to be in the guidelines of booking lovely dot com, any hotel appears to be high in demand, just one room left. Once entered, we notice the hotel is totally empty, no one would wish to be here, understandably, yet the website continues stating only one room left. Okay, this is fraud, by the website, and also... More

We were a party of 12 motorcyclists on a tour of Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. Having stayed in mostly 3 star hotels/lodges this one proved to be one of the poorer ones on our schedule. Lodges themselves are clean but dated. Breakfast was terribly limited with a very poor offering. The swimming pool was fine and as the hotel is... More

My friend & I traveling from Seattle stayed here and LOVED it. The grounds are beautiful & peaceful with a great pool and various sitting areas. Our room was spacious & very clean with all of the amenities. The only drawback is that it's ~ 1 mile outside of town but they offer a free shuttle to town every evening... More

This place might have been nice once but is now very shabby around the edges. It does not appear to be that clean, especially the bathroom, also there is poor security on doors and windows. Had to ask to have a safe installed in the room as the room did not have one Being a sort of lodge type of... More

The room chalets are delapidated, furniture old and scuffed, signs and smell of damp everywhere. Worse no safe in the room so a maintenance man appeared at my door and screwed something into the wall that came off the ark. The rooms are not at all secure, I wouldn't let a single woman stay here. Plus the curtains are filthy... More

Fortunately, my wife and I only stayed here one night and it was the most disappointing of our hotels in Thailand. On getting home we wondered if our memories mirrored the reality of our stay but when I read the other reviews I knew they were right. So many guests experienced the same things so we didn't just hit the... More

This is our third visit to Thailand. We absolutely love the people and all the places where we have stayed until now. The resort is not bad, has quite pretty gardens and is out amongst the greenery. The greeting and attitude of staff at reception is dismal at best, if not almost rude. Not at all helpful with maps (have... More

This resort felt a bit run down. I don't usually have a problem with allergies but after closing all the curtains I was immediately overcome by allergies. The aircon was old and worked off and on (lucky the weather was cool). Hot water ran out in the middle of my shower. Breakfast was typical Thai style American breakfast buffet with... More

I arrived at the this place at 8pm and upon arrival I asked if there was any possibility of a lift into town. The staff member said no, when I enquired about a taxi into town she also bluntly responded with a negative attitude. Seeing as the resort is a bit of a walk away from town and it was... More

This Resort locates in large area few kilometres outside Pai city. There are lots of trees in big garden, making back in nature. Room is spacious, clean but less equipped and accomodated. Services was good with smily staffs especially one who help us releasing Flying hot-air bag("Khoam loi" in northern thai language). Breakfast was not so good both in quality and varieties,just...
