I checked in lately at night and received the room on high floor. The room was quite large but the bathroom was very dirty. It has frog inside. Staffs are very friendly. They helped us change the schedule bus and bring our luggages to the bus station in Pai. I think it was a very nice place to stay but you have to consider about its location

This resort has many single- or double-storey villas and bungalows scattered through pretty gardens, around a lake and by the nice swimming pool. My superior room (#806) was a second-floor room with a good bed, a balcony overlooking a garden and close to the restaurant and coffee shop - which offer standard food for breakfast / lunch but did not seem to be open for dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although the resort location is near the main Pai - Chiang Mai Road, traffic noise is not a problem, and the location offers easy access to the memorial Bridge and the great Tha Pai Hot Springs. However there are several dogs on the property. If you are a sound sleeper who is not disturbed easily then this is an ideal place. However, as I am a light sleeper I was woken every night by the barking of one dog and this was a very disappointing aspect of an otherwise comfortable stay.

Booked this place thinking it would a nice resort for us to relax. We were wrong. The place is old. The lake is more like a swamp and there's tons of huge mosquitoes. We have a large balcony outside facing the pool but too afraid to sit out and enjoy for fear of mosquitoes. Also in the room, there's no phone! They provide an emergency local number to call but I don't have a Thai SIM card. So we would need to walk all the way to the reception if we need anything. (Btw, we were placed at one of the furthest rooms from the hotel, we paid for a Deluxe Villa) The toilet is outdoors, which is cool if it's mozzie free, but it's not. The shower head is filled with algae and calcium deposits. I still have 2 nights to spend here but im so tempted to leave.. Have attached pictures as proof.

The staff did not understand English at all.. None of the staff so that was a bit of a problem to communicate Otherwise everything else was great be it the food, ambience of the place with such comfortable leather couches inside.. they also had seating arrangement outside by the water which added to the beauty of the place The food which were ordered was especially good and hot and spicy be it the spaghetti or the rice with basil or rice with chilly paste.. all the times were extremely spicy and that’s what I loved about the food here We really had a good time enjoying the food here and relaxing ourselves after a long day of tripping

This resort is located near the historical bridge, onthe main road so it is a bit out of town. Good environment and great walk to the historical bridge in the morning. Rooms are a bit rundown and some of my friends rooms had a leaky bathroom when it was rain. Breakfast (toasts+ tea and coffee) served a bit late too at 7:30 am. We did not have time to enjoy swimming pool, so I didn't visit the pool. Hotel coffee shop and restaurant looked great but we did not drink or eat there.
