I love this place, very convenient to street markets, cafes and bars. The rooms are simple, rustic and clean. Be careful when stepping into bathroom, the floor is 300mm lower. One problem is bathroom privacy as that sounds do travel between the the bathroom area.....a design fault perhaps. As usual in most hotels, cleaning staff do make a lot of...

First, I'll say the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. Now the things I didn't like ...the room smelled like pee. But, then most of Pai smelled like pee to me. In the morning the water was not running (both of these things were true of my friend's room next door to mine as well). Also, while...

Got to the hotel in the evening after 2 days traveling in a jeep off road. we were very tired and wanted a hot shower and some rest. The room was OK but there was no hot water in the shower. We went to the reception and ask to change room and they offered us what seems to to be...

Was a great little place to stay, very quaint and cosey. They staff were friendly and we never had a problem with them. When we stayed it rained, you could hear the rain on the roof, very nice. It had an outdoor shower and toilet. Shower could have been hotter as it was quite cold when we were there. As...

The place looks nice and has a really good position in the center of the town. It's not a five star hotel, so don't expect too much, but there is everything you need to spend your night in Pai. The room is ok, nice wood furniture and beautiful small terrace at the entry door. The only bad thing is the...

Booked a villa room, no breakfast, through Agoda at around 850 baht a night. The hotel itself is situated in a very good location in Pai, just off walking street, where there are no shortages of bars and restaurants. The villas are set in pairs, back to back, amongst very lush tropical gardens. The room is basic and dim and...

We stumbled across this cute little cottage on our first night in Pai, at first we were very pleased with the accommodation. However, after coming home late on our first night, we realised how rock solid the bed was and came home to an awful smell in the room. It turned out that the bathroom was half indoors/ half outdoors and...

I'm rating many of the places I've stayed at excellent because I cannot believe how inexpensive these really nice places are and how comfortable they are. PROS: Baan Suan Rim Pai was very clean. Two bottles of water were provided free of charge every night. The Air Conditioner worked well. It is also located within minutes of many bars and...
