Stayed 3 nights satisfied but can't tell it was the best one in Lampang. Hotel building seemed to be structured recently, quite modern and clean. Also room was decent and spacious. But when I first got into my room...
Hotel is one good choice for lication in lampang that is not too far from the main road and surrounding by many shoppingmall like Lotus and Central. Hotel is quiet. Staff is okay but not that willing to service much.
Different type of rooms cater for many, from simple fan-rooms up to very comfortable AC rooms, all very reasonable prices, some with a view on the river.
Excellent small well run guest house. The rooms are immaculately clean as are the bathrooms. The Guest House is right on the riverbank of the Ping Rover and most places in town are within a 15 minute walk. And there...
We are staying here for one night. When we arrived we could park our car immediately on the free parking space. A guy with a golf cart picked us up with our luggage and drove us to the reception (actually it is just...
I stayed at Regent for two weeks as part of a volunteer team. As a previous traveler has noted, the hotel is not new and does show some wear and tear. However, the rooms are clean and get cleaned every day. The...
After staying three nights, we can confirm that Baan Suchadaa is an exceptional place. However, the start was not as smooth as it could have been. First, the resort is really difficult to find if you travel without...
I booked to stay 3 nights - and wish it had been more. Check-in was a little unsettling. There's some basic rules about meal times and ordering food to be followed - which make sense - but the staff's english...

Not traveller friendly at all here, the owner is awful and has absolutely no customer service skills. My boyfriend and I booked for 3 nights and he kicked us out after 2. The room itself is fine but it was really cold the first night and all they provide is a thin towel-like blanket that's not a double size so we couldn't both fit under it. For our second night my boyfriend asked for another blanket and he said no, not unless we paid for the blanket. Never experienced this anywhere else in Thailand! My boyfriend declined it in that case and as he left the reception area, he pushed the door to close it behind him. It was a slide door and was really loose on the rails, so it slammed shut. He apologised and said it was an accident and thought nothing more of it but shortly after he knocked on our door and demanded we leave first thing the next morning. We said we would, no problem - to be honest we weren't too bothered if that's the way he was going to be we didn't want to be there! So after another cold night we packed up. He gave us our money back but then asked us to pay for a beer that had been drank in the room. We said no, only because we had paid to rent his scooter from him an had filled it up for the next day, and were now going to lose that money we spent on petrol, and he could use it. He went off on one and started shouting saying he never wanted to see us again (like I'd book there again!) or our passports (weird thing to say!) and shouting at us to leave now! Then very dramatically slammed the door and window to the office so he didn't have to look at us - LOL. We also paid to get our washing done there and it was so expensive compared to anywhere else in Thailand anyway, but 2 items came back full of stains - he couldn't care less and had no explanation for it. Place is a joke to be honest, don't stay here because he's horrible.…
