I really love Sabai house and next time, if I go to Phi Phi again, I don`t mind staying there. They provide free breakfast which is really nice. The rooms are clean and quite good with family to stay there. The bathroom is good and the location is close enough to the beach and all bars. The staffs are friendly... More

it is a hotel to sleep and shower, nothing else expensive, The staff not friendly at all, they are angry all the time. In the room you will find just towels and toalett papper not more, if you want something more than that, or if then they will charge you extra. Not recommended

Cute hostel, close enough to the beach and all the action and distant enough to sleep. Very clean, comfortable beds. Lovely acommodating staff, especially the front desk. Definitely planning on staying there next time.

My boyfriend and I visited Koh Phi Phi while travelling the Thai Islands. It was stunning and we did the tour and snorkeling around the island which I would highly recommend. We were walked to the hotel from the pier and checked in almost straight away with a member of staff carrying our bags all the way. The room fairly... More

We stayed here as it was a cheap hotel. The room was very basic but had the things we needed for our short stay. It was close to the action and you could easily walk to the beach, bars and shops within minutes. If you want somewhere cheap to stay and aren't bothered about luxury then this would be ideal.

Beware: do not book any tour from the front desk of the Sabai guesthouse. We were lured into buying a 1 day speedboat tour to visit Maya Bay and the nearby Islands with an early start at 7am to beat the crowd... Interestingly, all the other speedboat tour on the island started at 10am. This should have rang some alarm... More

After a week eating in koh phi phi I have to say this is by far the worst place to eat. We walked by and seemed busy, busy is good right? Wrong. The guy who served us, walked to us and only said: yah..like he didn't want to work at all. So we ordered two peppersteaks, medium and medium rare... More

Was not expecting much because it was a very cheap hotel Firstly , offered us to stay in the bungalows up the road , I'm guessing this is cause they have over booked We agreed as the nice lady at reception said it was nicer ... The bungalow was not safe ! There were wires hanging out the shower, plugging... More

We hopped off the boat and a man we randomly met at the pier told us about sabai house and walked us to it. Great location, no problem with noise when we slept. Negotiated a good deal with kind receptionist woman. Room very clean, we had a digital safe in room, large balcony shared with other rooms but door locked... More

I didn't stay at the hotel as already had other lodgings booked. However I visited here for breakfast / lunch each day I was on the island. The deals were very cheap and food nice for the price. Service was friendly and wifi so much better than my hotel!! Definitely recommend.
