We we're a group of three persons staying 4 nights. The extra bed in our room was about 185cm long and harder than bricks. The cleaners didn't seem to care about cleaning the bathroom. Pool area wasn't very inviting. Friendly and helpful staff. The AC only works when you have the keycard inserted so it was very hot everytime we...

I stayed at Phi Phi Hotel 2 nights and was disappointed to find the other reviewers were right. The signs everywhere saying lock your valuables means literally everything. I didn't lock my ferry ticket in the safe and someone looked through my papers (I had a lot of stuff printed) and snatched out that one. It wasn't easily found, so...

During our visit to Krabi we decided to catch the boat over to Phi Phi and decided to stay the night as our hotel in Krabi was awful. We found this hotel and the staff were very nice at the reception, but at almost 3,000 bhat for just a cabin room I felt it was way too overpriced for Thailand...

Where do I start? We were tired and caved because of the decent location and regreted it from the beginning. I spoke with the receptionist to get the nightly rate and I was quoted a higher rate than what I found online. I let them know the rate I found and I was told the hotel would not honor any...

This hotel is literally next to the pier, which makes everything super easy. It takes two minutes to get to the "center" where all the parties are. It is a decent hotel, meaning nothing too fancy but a good alternative to guest houses and hostels with more privacy and facilities Breakfast is good, rooms are very basics but clean. Worth...

Stayed for 2 nights in December 2016 as part of a trip around Thailand. Positivies Good location, visible from the ferry on the way in into Phi Phi Away from more of the 'backpackers' area, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance Nice small pool Negatives Probably paid over the odds for 2 nights (£130) Rooms slighlty outdated

Summary: loud parties at night, woke me up. DIRTY ROOMS , WAY OVER PRICES FOR THAILAND, WORTHLESS STAFF, POOR GENERALITY First and foremost I came down with a fever upon my arrival to phi phi islands. Upon my arrival to the phi phi hotel the outside looked nice and pleasant and was given smiles. However this was out weighed by...

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's a minute walk from the pier and everything is just a short walk away. There are limited lounge chairs at the small pool. The hotel is old, but clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is no elevator, so we climbed the stairs a lot. Breakfast was ok. You...

As the title suggests this hotel is very conveniently located near the pier . The hotel however is outdated, tallest hotel on the island with 5 floors with no lift, poor breakfast with no bar or restaurant during the day for hotel guests. The hotel is constantly being used by day trippers as it seems the hotel gives out day...
