The staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean, comfortable, exceptionally well kept. The hotel located in a remote but wonderful part of the beach. Breakfast was more than adequate, with very attentive staff, massages fantastic and really good value. A few restaurants to chose from, the ones along the beach are slightly cheaper but don't offer sandwiches if this is your preference, we'd recommend The Jasmin. Not much was going on but we were out of season, but you can always take a long boat or ferry to Tongsai Bay or other beaches if you want a bit more action. Reefs off the beach simple but enjoyable . thank you to all for making our holiday so special.

We are a couple in our 40s from Scotland. This hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff are so helpful and we got an upgrade to a superior hut as it was my 40th birthday. This is a very peaceful secluded area of phi phi island and good to enjoy the slower life. The food was delicious. There are only a few bars and restaurants in walking distance and these all stop serving at 10pm. The air conditioning is also not the best in the room as with them being huts it’s like a sauna when you first walk in. Please pack plenty of mosquito repellent as I had so many bites when I stayed here. We came over in the ferry and left our luggage back in our Phuket hotel, I would highly recommend bringing a small bag only here as it’s all boat transport. Apart from the small negatives I would not hesitate in returning to this tranquil hotel. Take a boat trip round the rest of the island. Bring Bahts too as there is no atm in this part. Simply stunning location

Our staying here was perfect. The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The snorkeling was amazing in the 2 roped off areas. The one closest to the pool was better than the one further down. The food in restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast has amazing made to order omelets. The staff we super kind and helpfull. The arranged a long boat tour and the speed boat back to Tonsi harbour for us. Shout out to Bank who was super friendly, kind and helpfull! We would highly recommend this resort.

Overpriced hotel, with over priced breakfast in the overpriced Phi Phi island. There is nothing much to do, no connection to the main city. If you want go sewhere else, you need to use boat taxi, which is pricey 1500 B. However, staff was helpful and nice. Rooms were okay-ish. Nothing special or nice. In general do not recommend go to Phi Phi island longer than 2 days because there is nothing to see. At least you love diving. Then go for it!

Me and my boyfriend came for one night to the natural resort and it was the worst experience ever. the staff weren’t interested in serving the customers and you can only get to the hotel via boat which we were totally unaware of like a few other people we spoke to whilst at the hotel. there are x3 speedboats a day to get to the main bit of phi phi, but if you miss them it is 1500thb for a long tail and that is the only way to get out of the island. all restaurants closed at ten and the service was appalling, never experienced anything like it. one night sat in a restaurant for 2 hrs for them to bring out the wrong order and tell us we had to wait another 30 mins. all restaurants are very overpriced and the food isn’t even that nice. the beds were like concrete. definitely not a 4 star resort.

First off, this hotel is BEAUTIFUL. We stayed for one night and were even upgraded to a villa instead of a regular room. Wifi was not great in the villa but worked in other areas. It was a very long walk to our villa. They gave us a map of the resort when we checked in. After dinner, the staff provided rides to villas for guests. The rooms came with 4 water bottles which was great. After arriving on the speedboat, a tractor picked us up with another party. It was quite the way to arrive! This hotel was the third of three stops on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, and but only one had a nice view of the ocean. There was one restaurant open and available(and a bar). During dinner, there was a fire show which we enjoyed. The restaurant was good, but I could see how someone would get sick of it after a few days. Breakfast was a buffet with an omelette bar, fruit, coffee, etc. The biggest issue we had was that there seemed to be a lack of staff available. While the front-desk staff was great, it was hard to find staff at other areas of the resort. This included waiters/waitresses at the restaurant and around the resort. With the exception of front desk staff, many of the employees did not speak much English and it was not easy to communicate. For example, at dinner we ordered an appetizer that did not come. We asked the server, but she was not able to understand us. However, when we got our bill the appetizer was listed. At one point, a large boat tour group arrived at the hotel for a lunch buffet. We were eating lunch at this time and had significant trouble finding a server to order our meal and get our check. Because this hotel was on the more expensive side, it was disappointing.

The Idylic location & the staff are the only positives for this hotel. Its very sad to see theses massive structures with little or nothing happened in them. All these outside dining areas left idle. The room was fine, about 10 mins up a hill and 2 staircases to get to the front door. The bed again was like sleeping on a pavement as they are rock hard. The pool area closer to reception has zero attention from staff, so if you’d like a drink you must walk about 10 mins to the bar. Bar service was only ok, i would have sat there longer if someone would actually wash the 30/40 glasses that were just left dotted everywhere with nobody to tidy the area, again zero interest in actually wanting guests to stay at the bar, absolutely none, which surprised me. There are some local food spots further down which were inviting & had great food. On checking out we had to bring our luggage down the hill by ourselves as it was early morning. I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast offering either. Im thankful we stayed just one night. A serious shake up here is needed to fix these issues and further investment from the 7 owners would not go astray.

We spent 2 days there and New Year's Eve. The hotel is located in a very large area and you feel like you are visiting a nature park. Charming houses located in the area between trees, which gives respite on hot days. Orchids blooming everywhere. All service very professional and friendly. The young people working in the restaurant not only have great skills but their English is really perfect. The food was very tasty and fresh. We slept in one of the houses where it was not luxurious but everything was very clean. Air conditioning was available in each cottage. I sincerely recommend this magical place. We will definitely return there for a lazy holiday!

Without doubt the most beautiful setting I’ve seen , we opted to get a long tail boat from ton sai to laem tong which although not the cheapest transfer route ( 1500 tb/ £35) we got to the hotel in 30 minutes and had a lovely boat tour up the island right to the steps of our hotel , very helpful and friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us , we were comped up to a villa which was simply stunning with sea views from our bed , and a few minutes walk from a private snorkelling area , they offer a pick up service from your room to breakfast/reception areas which we didn’t use but it’s worth noting that the resort is spread out and quite hilly so this is a good service, the main breakfast and beach area was spectacular the breakfast was good with omelette area toast , fruit , salads etc . You can walk down the main laem tong beach to beach bars restaurants that are all really lovely and nothing is overpriced. We then took the local ferry back to ton sai after our 3 nights (would’ve loved to stay longer) it was a bit of a palava and took a while so I think if we were lucky enough to go back I’d opt for the long tail back again!! Overall a beautiful heaven on earth destination
