The resort was beautiful! It's very eco friendly and very simple. The whole resort ground area is on sand/gravel walk path. The resort provides flip flops/sandals to wear. The resort reception area is very simple and traditional/modern hut. When you walk in there are only two desk with two chairs to seat. You must take off your shoes. The staff are...

The hotel is clearly overpriced and overrated. We stayed here 3 days as part of our honeymoon. Due to the great reviews we read, we even changed the schedule to be able to find available room. There is zero privacy in the villas/rooms, there are alleys outside the villas where guests and hotel staff are passing by so if you...

First off, hotel is very far from city center and from the bars and fun nightlife in Phi Phi town. Ideal for couples looking for a retreat but wouldn't recommend it for those looking to party. Since they are in the north of the island, far away from where some of the guests actually arrive in Koh Phi Phi, they...

It's been my second visit to this "barefoot luxury" resort and it's been amazing yet again. From welcome at the phuket Royal Marina with complimentary drinks, to the welcome back on the island (even though previous visit was 6 yrs back) - service was impeccable. You may be tempted trying the surrounding restaurant and massage places only to rediscover how...

The resort has a nice beach, not great. The rooms are very Thai luxury style. The management employees were all business, not real friendly. There was a lack of the "Thai smiles" we so looked forward to. Nice place, could be great with a little more attention to customer service.

Stayed four nights on a recent getaway. I have visited this part of Phi Phi before but first time staying at this property. We had a relaxing and trouble-free stay from the start. Easy airport pickup in Phuket and transport to the island via the resort's private boat. The location is on the north of the island away from the...

he Hotel is rustic with a amazing atmosphere. All staff are very kind and it´s possible swimming in a private area. If possible , rent the speed boat from the hotel to visit other islands. Breakfast and restaurant are very good.

We were a bit skeptical about this place after reading some of the negative reviews, so only booked for 1 night, but after arriving we regretted not staying longer. They didn't have availability for a 2nd night, so we had to move out after 1 night to the Holiday Inn next door. Although it is more expensive than the Holiday...

Dear US..... Thank you for your glowing review and excellent comparison between the Zeavola and Holiday Inn. As you very clearly concluded the Zeavola is about an experience. While the Zeavola Resort is more expensive, the low number of free standing villas allow us to focus on individual service delivery and personal touches. BTW we do have bugs but we...

Spent 3 nights here with my gf to celebrate my birthday. I had looked at this place as we were trying to work out where to stay, but only decided on Zeavola after it was recommended by a travel agent (gf's mum). We were still unsure what to expect but am pleased to say this place is amazing! We are...

Dear Adam J, Thank you so much for your super positive review and for mentioning also the staff names which made your stay memorable. In any kind of hotel the personal contact between guests and staff members is very important. In our SLH Boutique Resort we strongly believe that the management should be on the floor and get to know...

Coming to zeavola was an amazing experience - I would arguably rate it as the best hotel experience I have had, certainly the most unique. If you are booking, you need to be aware that this is different from your typical 5 star hotel. The rooms are rustic and that's the point! The dressing table is outside overlooking the jungle...
