It's hard not to be impressed by the fabulous setting of this hotel in phi phi but looking solely at the hotel, staff and overall value, I found this hotel to be a big disappointment. Hotel management completely invisible, staff are completely disengaged and unmotivated to provide the Thai hospitality you experience at other hotels. In all, it's a wasted...

We picked Outrigger over some of the other resorts on the north end of the island. We could not be happier with our selection. We flew into Phuket and the transport took us right to the marina where we took a speedboat right to the resort. This was a great option which cut the travel time in more than half...

The location thou isolated meant you had literally nothing to do but to remain on the resort for food and services. The staff were unfriendly and were the most miserable I had experienced. Service was slow and unprofessional. The resort itself is dated and bathroom looked dirty. When we arrived the toilet had stains on the seat. Was not impressed....

I had food poisoning from the resort either from the fruit basket or lunch....The resort staff (probably underpaid) are also simply rude, extremely slow in service, and food prices are top priced..I ordered a beef burger which tasted worse than MCDONALDS $1 burger... Instead GO TO THE VILLAGE thru the east side of the resort at a restaurant called OASIS...

The bad first: food was expensive and mediocre. Staff was slow unprofessional. Showers in rooms were really bad. That aside, the location and facilities of outrigger outweigh everything and would definitely recommend purely on this. Private remote beach, tennis, beautiful women and short walk to local village and hikes.

We stayed here for the location and the bungalows. Arriving by long tail boat as you come into the resort's own bay, you wish you were staying here. And when they stop and let you out, you think all your Christmas' have come at once. The staff are very helpful, and the accommodation is excellent. It was just what we...

The location of this resort is unbelievable, imagine paradise and your there. It's a bit isolated from the other parts of phi phi but if that's what your looking for go for it. Unfortunately the accommodation, good and staff were not as good, a few of us got sick from the good, our accommodation was incorrectly configured although this could...

Travelled with my boyfriend from Bangkok to Phuket then the last stop was this one. Stayed for 2 nights and loved every minute of it. The food is a bit expensive but the presentation is great. The beach is beautiful, when the tides are low you cant really swim and you get rocks so you need to be careful. The...

The location of this hotel is heaven on earth! It's so quiet over there, you can't imagine... We stayed for 2 night in a buwgalow with 3 persons. The rooms were clean but too small for 3 persons and the matrasses were hard. But we think that Thais like to sleep on hard matrasses :-) If you want to go...

We stayed in Outrigger for 8 nights and overall it was a lovely stay. The resort is amazing, it's one of those resorts you see in the movies; white sands, crystal clear water, beautiful coconut trees. The infinity pool is amazing and very large. And the private beach is great, very clean and organized, with many chairs and hammocks. The...
