Stayed for 4 days only and wish we could stay longer! Our stay was amazing - from the seamless transfer from Phuket by speedboats to the arrival, the villa was ready and in perfect condition, and the swimming pools are amazing with perfect infinity views! Ladies, please go and try out the Spa - booked a 90 mins aroma massage and totally loved it! Good food and wonderful attentive staff with an eye for the details. Definitely recommend and yes, we will be back again!
The resort is really very beautiful with many activities. Also, the staff is really very helpful and friendly to talk you. I went there with my family and we all thoroughly enjoyed the place. Considering my family is vegetarian, the only draw back was the limited food options in the morning breakfast.
Nice trip with smooth transfer from hotel at Patong to PP island, I was impressed with the wonderful swimming pool and the private Bungalow with a lot of tree surround area , snorkeling in front of beach, cafe with nice and worm sunset time. I love and want come back again.
I was a very happy birthday trip. I Request Oceanview hillside pool villa room No.509 but got a room No507. I stayed Oceanview hillside pool villa 1 night and deluxe premium 1 night. Oceanview hillside pool villa very beautiful view and the room it's very spacious. Beautiful sandy beach and clear water.
Hotel provides sufficient facilities. Bedding are comfortable and spacious even it was deluxe bungalow. Breakfast are great varieties, but Thai menu was kind of disappointing. Staff are helpful. I like everything and the SAii app for instant communication.
Stayed 3 nights at beachfront house. The room is extraordinary for its simplicity, well-designed, and practicality. The bed is very comfortable. We love the sun deck and a big turtle pillow. It’s a shame that they do not have the turtle for sell at the gift shop. We enjoyed charming sea views from almost every corners of the house. A little irritating was about the noise, we could pretty much hear when people walking around and also music from the bar at night. As the sea water level changes dramatically during the day, so better keep ourself up to date with the water level. We could not expect to swim or do the water activities at anytime. But we had two nice pools. We like the FunPool. The service was nice as it should be. We could order what we need through their hotel app. The restaurant is generally OK, but it is obviously not a selling point here. Breakfast is not bad. We ordered grilled chicken and it was not cooked. Most of dishes and drinks are little pricy as everything have to transport from the mainland. Lastly, the musicians who played at the restaurant are very good.…
The resort is really great, the view and service. I enjoy a lot during my stay. All smooth like silk. A woman staff in activity center is quite lazy, but the other guys are really helpful, smiling and cheery (love them).
The location is lovely, quiet and private with its own long beach. Most of the facilities we used are in good condition. We loved the app-using idea used in the property which is quite convenient for guests. However, we have been told manning is the major problem here as things take way to long to get (unreasonably). And just right they were, staff are undertrained and extremely lack of hospitality to address your needs. We arrived at our room on the first day and there were quite a lot of ants partying on the sticky floor bathroom. We called the reception and the response was cold, assuming this might be quite normal to them. The second day we were out all day and told the team to fill up the room with water and change the towel. Awfully, nothing has happened. No one cares about our room, the staff again gave us a cold apology and it took almost 30 minutes for the housekeeper to arrive. We ordered a bucket of ice and it took an hour to come. What a great service. Lastly, I left the resort without bringing my device charger with me, have been texting the resort on Facebook since my departure day and no update until now. Not sure how long it's gonna take for them to find my charger, think I need to give this up. Thank god we stayed just only two nights otherwise it could be our nightmare trip to Phi Phi. …
Don't get me wrong, the location of Saii phi phi is beautiful and it gives you easy access to the surrounding islands for day trips on a boat snorkelling etc however when it comes to the resort itself we were extremely disappointed. The staff are extremely rude and unaccommodating. They attempted to overcharge us multiple times and the cleanliness of the facilities was well below the standards of a 4-star hotel. Nothing about our stay here was easy or enjoyable and we wont be returning.
The hotel is located on the other side of the island and faces a beautiful small bay. However, to start with, they provided no information regarding transfer - which was anyway not included, as we would have expected for a 4 star hotel completely isolated with no other means than boat to reach it. Even when we called the day before they did not inform us regarding the timing of the shared boat to get here from the main pier (there are 3 for 200 Bath per person) but only about their service to the boat (1200 Bath). We also remarked quite a rude, defensive staff attitude. We booked directly on the hotel website as we planned a possible early check-in but upon arrival they told us repeatedly that the hotel was full, even though it really did not seem the case. The hotel is in a prime location but completely isolated from everything. Not having a free shuttle service to the other side of the island you’re too isolated and to go there by boat you would spend around 40$. If we had full service it would have been even nice but with inflated prices of restaurants and services it felt excessive. Food average at the breakfast for a 4 star with low quality of food. This was the case also for the poor breakfast, with the coffee of poor quality NESCAFÉ level. Really?! Moreover it is easy to get lost in the streets behind the reception to find the room (and rooms are too far from the sea for no reason, with the resort half empty). The room is nice and clean. Only issue was the sink strangely designed, causing flooding in the bathroom. All is all, this is not worth and we would not recommend it. It’s pretentious, and the staff at the reception acts like managing a 400 rooms hotel in high season being direct and rude with the guests; quite the opposite experience we had at the other resorts in Thailand. Better to have a meal in the village behind the hotel where prices are more reasonable and quality is acceptable. Finally, they let guests manage everything with an app they ask to download. While it may be useful to call a buggie, you cannot ask people to request the room service every single day… Some people may want to relax and avoid planning or sticking to the phone during their holiday. We ended up leaving one day earlier than planned. Good note was the boat trip in the islands nearby that costed some 450$, and if you’re a group that’s definitively worth.…
