We stayed at saii phi phi only one night. The reason I give 4 stars because, when we booked the hotel the staff not give us full information. This is our first time in phi phi and I called to ask the staff we arrived at the pier the staff said there have a boat sent us to the hotel but they don’t tell us that we have to pay money for the boat 1000 THB per way. The hotel location is far from the pier about 15 -20 minutes depending on the storm. The resort staff are very friendly and offered for help and give us the information about the tour in the island. We are very appreciate the old woman when we come to check in at the lobby. She served us the welcome drink and ofter that when we walked around the lobby she always smile and greeting us. I’m sorry to forget her name. The the back side of the resort they have a village. They have some convenience store and bar restaurants location people. I recommend if you would like to stay here should stay more 2 nights. And when you booking this resort should book include transfers pick up and drop off. You will get the best price. Will stay again

This is our 4th stay at this resort but our first since it has changed ownership to Saii Resorts . This resort is still lovely, great views , great beach , great pools , clean rooms a good solid 4 star resort . We just felt it is now lacking the personal touch it used to have before , ie the rooms have all the basic amenities but no tea / coffee kettle ,fruit bowels , or any little extras . The restaurant is ok but now everything is ordered online again for us it takes away personal feeling . Only one restaurant open at the moment that is the main one , we used to love the steak restaurant at end of beach but sadly this is closed. Breakfast is good , all the basics , no wow extra factor just good , coffee is good . There is a great village behind this resort where there is a handful of restaurants and bars and u can get get your washing done and massages . Staff mainly friendly, but one member of staff in particular stood out in the restaurant, Sunsea ! Always smiling, always going beyond and above to make us feel welcome really giving us a feel of the old resort we loved . Good check in , with my favourite welcome drink still the same . Guess maybe we have come back while new owners still settling and obviously with covid still hanging around so maybe that’s the different feel . Some suggestions: Maybe some more water in the rooms Maybe some extra water for people around pool areas . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort

We have had a great time for a week at SAii Phi Phi resort. It is an extensive property with many separate villas and ours was close to the beach. The villa itself is comfortable and room service is very efficient to get anything needed to your villa within 10 minutes. There is an app that allows you to interact with the staff and know everything there is to know about the resort and potential activities, so that is very convenient. The resort has two main pools and we ended up visiting the one closest to us which is the fun pool. Th other one is called lazy pool and is close to the main restaurant and lobby. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, even if due to covid there are less of them available. Visiting Phi Phi right now is very pleasant as tourism is limited so you can discover the sights without too much hassle, particularly the many bays around both Phi Phi islands. The resort is close to Nui Bay which is a 20 min walk to see the sunset or go snorkeling. You can get tail boats to get you to Ton Sai or you can ask the jungle path to go through viewpoints which offer a beautiful view of the Southern part of Phi Phi. Behind the resort there is a small village with small restaurants and bars to vary the food from the resort which is very good. Inly part we did bit indulge into was the spa as we live in Thailand and Spa prices in resorts are extortionate compared to smaller massage places outside. But if you come from Europe or the States you might find them acceptable. And the view from the resort is of a mix sandy, rock beach, which can be walked at low tide or swim at high tide. All in all a very relaxing stay if you want to visit Phi Phi.

We stayed for 3 nights. Things looked different from other hotels we have visited in this trip. The public grounds were not as clean, we could spot plastic wraps and other garbage around. At the gym the garbage can was full, there were no towels left and no hand sanitizer left to use. You don't get to communicate with the staff by phone, only via an App and you need to ask specifically to clean the room or they will not come (they say it is due to Covid but I would think during a pandemic cleaning is extra important). They do not provide a beach bag or flip flops, they do provide umbrellas. The fun pool was great and we enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere at the restaurant at the beach during dinner time was awesome. Felt like being in an Adam Sandler movie. The village next to the hotel is great, we had a massage and took a wonderful day trip (look for Pin at the Phi Phi dive club, you will not regret it) I must say the best thing in this hotel is the staff who were very nice and friendly wherever you came across them.
