I'll start off by saying I did enjoy staying at the hotel. The food was good, the facilities were nice, the rooms were good and the ease of walking to the town was really nice... more towels for housekeeping, room service, etc..) However, you needed wifi for the app to work and the wifi was spotty most of the time unless you were in the main lobby area so most of the time the app wouldn't load...

We stayed for four nights with the intention of extending our stay to eight days , after one night we we regretted booking four nights ... Our room (206) was a small rustic style cabin set amongst neglected gardens that definitely needed attention ... The room itself was rather dated with minimal furnishings connectivity however was good as was sleep quality and A/C ...

...We stayed in a beach front suite with amazing views of the azure water and the karst islands that ring the bay...

...We had a regular room for a family of 4 and it was spacious enough either a big bathroom and dressing room for suitcases...

...In my opinion this hotel is not worth the money paid for four nights on half board GBP £758.92 per night. When we arrived at the reception after a long journey the receptionist said that our half board package did NOT include the two children and demanded more money for the two children’s meals... We replied that in our booking confirmation there was half board package for two adults and two children and there was not highlighted any exclusion... After a couple hours the reservation team accepted that our reservation included also half board for the two children... Not a pleasant welcome when you have been asked to pay again for something you have already paid and overpriced... The hotel is unreasonable overpriced for anything... They charged double the amount for hotels/ airport transfer from Phuket to the hotel... Please arrange your hotels/ airport with any other company, it is half of the price and there are many companies that offer these services... 400 Bath for 1 hour massage in the village and around 900 bath for the resosrt SPA... For a daily excursion the hotel charge 3 times the price that you will get with few minutes walking in the local village... Full day excursion to many islands stops with snookering for 4 people 3,000.00 BAHT... The hotel price is £9,000.00 BATH for the same facility and boat... The restaurant manager is very keen to try to sell you a la carte menu by charging extra money if you are half board... I was disappointed with this resort, the reason for chose this resort was the hotel position, the beautiful sea and the beach... There are so many other resorts in the island and this resort is not value for money...

...We booked a long tail boat tour at the little village at the back of the resort which was reasonably priced and excellent value for money. We only ever dined at the one main restaurant which was never really full as I think a lot of the guests are at the cheaper restaurants in the village...

After the second night we were going stir crazy sitting in our rundown room and decided to hire a private boat taxi through one of the hotel vendors to take us to Tonsai Bay/Loh Dalum Bay(they Charged us 3,000 BAHT….total ripoff but we were desperate) Tonsai and Loh Dalum Bay were amazing and the beaches were stunning... If your looking for a run down, overpriced hotel where you are forced to twiddle your thumbs when the sun goes down then this is the place for you!... Everyone else do yourself a favour, save your money and stay somewhere else...

I'll start off by saying I did enjoy staying at the hotel... The hotel also made it very easy for us to get to and from the resort through their shuttle service... It was $120 pp in both directions, and we had a private taxi drop us off at our next hotel when we left... I'd say the service was the area where this hotel really falls short... The hotel provides you with an app to download as a way to communicate with staff throughout the hotel (i.e... more towels for housekeeping, room service, etc..) However, you needed wifi for the app to work and the wifi was spotty most of the time unless you were in the main lobby area so most of the time the app wouldn't load... On multiple occasions, i'd see servers bring food to people at the pool, walk past the remains from someone else's food/drinks and not bother to pick it up until someone complains... I ended up bringing up dishes and old drinks to the area where the pool attendant should have been stationed (included a picture and a picture of old breakfast sitting in the pool for 2+ hours)...

...First impressions are average the welcome includes a small drink and a cheap wet wipe ( not the usual towel) ... There are shuttle services into several nearby destinations but these are chargeable rather than being complimentary as is normal... There is a complimentary breakfast which is a triumph of quantity cover quality on several occasions some of the fruit was definitely not fresh and eggs kept in hot plates were stone cold the mango shake was mostly ice and water and consequently was a tasteless experience at a premium price .In short none of these comments would be as relevant if this was a three or even four star property but as a supposed five star boutique property it should be better...

...Loved the free bike hire to ride around the hotel and the resort - ride to laem tong a must!!... We did day private trips snorkelling around phi phi organised outside the hotel for slightly cheaper than in the hotel... Swimming pools are great but a little too cold and service around the pool could Be picked up a notch - no one around...

...The hotel offers free bike rental which we used to cycle to laemtong beach, a little hilly but fun cycle. The hotel staff were always nice and helpful and they have an app you can use for things like request more water, which was free and also to request free buggy ride to somewhere else on the resort or for new towels etc...

...Firstly we arranged the hotels own transfer from Phuket and they messed up the car pick up, it had the wrong name on the booking. I also had to chase them to get the booking confirmation as it was not sent when promised... The service in the hotel was very disappointing, this is one area that hotels are in Thailand normally excel, but not here... Very basic service, breakfast buffet feels like a functional canteen... Very slow to clear tables and chefs rude when asked for warm poached eggs (the ones on the buffet were sat in cold water)... The restaurants in the hotel are a waste of time, again service very average at best and given the 5 star prices just not worth it... Therefore everyone eats in the local village instead which is 2 min walk from the resort...

...This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own private boat transfer which is 3-times more expensive... The resort itself is truly gorgeous and every staff member I encountered were all GRACIOUS... The manager, Woody, whom I met several times has things well organized...

...As we stepped into the resort, we were welcomed with delicious piña colada from the house, to accommodate ourselves during the check in formalities. The front office staff (Toomy, & Christian) went above and beyond to make ourselves comfortable and looked after, accomplishing our requests and providing the best customer service we’d experienced so far!... Traveling with a 3-years old kid it’s not always easy, but the resort staff, including the General Manager Mr. Chao T. managed to offer us a sea view bungalow with a breathtaking view which made our vacation even better... Free buggies are available on the property to transport gusts as per their needs... Housekeeping, amenities and service, laundry etc... All you need is managed thru a mobile app and the response time is seconds away!... Responsiveness time and customer focus we're above the usual 5 stars customer service!... The resort is also serving a la carte delicious lunch and dinner, with several restaurants... Spa services are fantastic, we took full advantage while here - we recommend Ms. Asu!...

Special thanks to the Front Desk Lobby Lady Manager who helped us with our lost baggage and ensured its return from Krabi to Phuket before we left to Mumbai... Mr. Woody, who was so caring and helpful with my Back Injury, he organised medicines from another island, he took every care, and the return Speed Boat Journey was made so comfortable that i had absolutely no issues with my sour back... Mr. Singh, Chef from India... He made us feel that we were eating at our home...

We went on the Four Island speedboat tour via the hotel, the guide was fantastic and there was plenty of fresh fruit, sandwiches and softs drinks provided to keep you replenished whilst enjoying the speedboat, scenery and snorkelling... The staff even went above and beyond when I left behind my favourite shirt, not only did they contact me to post but then proactively hand delivered it to my friend staying in a hotel in Phuket...

...Two swimming pool, multiple restaurant served different cuisine, amazing breakfast, various water activities like snorkeling, paddling, renting a long-tail boat for half day tour around Phi Phi Lay . My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a two week trip to Thailand and honestly wished we'd stayed longer!... They picked us up from our previous resort in Phuket and we were taken to their own boat departure at the Royal Marina... Upon arrival at the resort we were transferred to land by a dingy pulled by a little (but strong!)... Upon arrival to reception we, and our fellow passengers, were serenaded by a couple with a guitar and beatbox, this again we found quite amusing!... Check in was easy and the reception staff friendly... Our luggage was already in our bungalow before we'd received the keys... Breakfast selection was plentiful and all nationalities were catered for and we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beautiful beach in the Api Restaurant... We upgraded to half board and the dinner was just as nice... Upon departure, we were again serenaded onto the speedboat which took us back to the Marina at Phuket where there was a minibus to take us to the airport...

Amazing 5 days spent at this hotel... The hotel arrange lots of good trips to the surrounding islands, would highly recommend doing these if you are staying here...

To start a wonderful speed boat ride to the island. Greeted at the entrance by staff playing music and given a chilled mocktail and cool towel... Staff took care of our luggage while we where allocated our bungalow... The buggy service is a must as you could get lost ( our bungalow was 8202 quite away from the lobby and sea front) free ‘hire’ of the bicycles was brilliant to get around and see more as are the boat trips... Strong Mosquito spray a must can be bought in the village... We had a wonderful time thank you all the hard working staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...

There are shuttle services into several nearby destinations but these are chargeable rather than being complimentary as is normal... There is a complimentary breakfast which is a triumph of quantity cover quality on several occasions some of the fruit was definitely not fresh and eggs kept in hot plates were stone cold the mango shake was mostly ice and water and consequently was a tasteless experience at a premium price .In short none of these comments would be as relevant if this was a three or even four star property but as a supposed five star boutique property it should be better...

We had a nice time staying here for part of our honeymoon. The beach and islands are very pretty and there the sea is clear blue, nice for swimming and snorkleing... The hotel offers free bike rental which we used to cycle to laemtong beach, a little hilly but fun cycle... The hotel staff were always nice and helpful and they have an app you can use for things like request more water, which was free and also to request free buggy ride to somewhere else on the resort or for new towels etc... Some improvements areas are the hotel could do with some general renovations, loose tiles in the pools, more sun beds as these get taken early and maybe one adult only pool so couples do not need to listen to screaming children...

I'll start off by saying I did enjoy staying at the hotel. The food was good, the facilities were nice, the rooms were good and the ease of walking to the town was really nice... The hotel also made it very easy for us to get to and from the resort through their shuttle service... more towels for housekeeping, room service, etc..) However, you needed wifi for the app to work and the wifi was spotty most of the time unless you were in the main lobby area so most of the time the app wouldn't load...

...It’s remote, peaceful, beautiful, comfortable. We had a regular room for a family of 4 and it was spacious enough either a big bathroom and dressing room for suitcases... Loved the free bike hire to ride around the hotel and the resort - ride to laem tong a must!!... Loved the village behind the hotel for all meals... Why eat in the hotel and complain it’s too expensive?!?!?... We did day private trips snorkelling around phi phi organised outside the hotel for slightly cheaper than in the hotel... Swimming pools are great but a little too cold and service around the pool could Be picked up a notch - no one around...

...The resort feels very much like a village, the private beach and views are absolutely stunning. Bungalows are lovely and secluded, breakfast and restaurants are great with excellent service and staff who work incredibly hard... The best resort I’ve ever stayed in...

...Our 4th visit to Phi Phi but first time at Saii Village Great location, accommodation superb (don’t forget this is a remote island), breakfast choice is good, spent the New Year here and the arranged Gala Dinner was fantastic with amazing food choice, the hotel had arranged evening entertainment with fire show and fireworks to see NY in. Some great small bars and restaurants in the neighbouring village (5mins walk) and bike taxi to Leamtong Beach takes 10 minutes (200baht each way) to the lovely Jasmines or Chilli Pepper restaurants... Overall very impressed with our experience at SAii Phi Phi Island Village, highly recommended...

...This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own private boat transfer which is 3-times more expensive... The resort itself is truly gorgeous and every staff member I encountered were all GRACIOUS... The resort offers many water activities, fitness center, aquatic center, coffee shop, restaurants, spa, shopping, two stunning pools, live music and even some light kid-friendly activities such as morning fish-feeding which was adorable... Overall, if you are looking for a private resort that boasts lots to do in a quiet secluded environment then this is for you... The resort's charm and romance is truly captivating...

...As we stepped into the resort, we were welcomed with delicious piña colada from the house, to accommodate ourselves during the check in formalities. The front office staff (Toomy, & Christian) went above and beyond to make ourselves comfortable and looked after, accomplishing our requests and providing the best customer service we’d experienced so far!... Traveling with a 3-years old kid it’s not always easy, but the resort staff, including the General Manager Mr. Chao T. managed to offer us a sea view bungalow with a breathtaking view which made our vacation even better... Free buggies are available on the property to transport gusts as per their needs... Housekeeping, amenities and service, laundry etc... Breakfast was delicious, including a vast variety of choices, including continental and local dishes from which guests can choose... The resort is also serving a la carte delicious lunch and dinner, with several restaurants... Spa services are fantastic, we took full advantage while here - we recommend Ms. Asu!... We truly recommend Saii Phi Phi village resort and we are definitely going to comeback next year!...

...Special thanks to the Front Desk Lobby Lady Manager who helped us with our lost baggage and ensured its return from Krabi to Phuket before we left to Mumbai... Mr. Woody, who was so caring and helpful with my Back Injury, he organised medicines from another island, he took every care, and the return Speed Boat Journey was made so comfortable that i had absolutely no issues with my sour back... He made us feel that we were eating at our home... A must visit to SAii Phi Phi Island Village Resort for anyone visiting Thailand and looking for 5 star Property...

...I would highly recommend this beautiful resort, very authentic Thailand, even the way you arrive is great and all part of the experience. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, professional and nothing was ever to much trouble check in was easy as departure... The Bungalows were modern, comfortable and efficient AC worked a treat and the shower room very on trend... Anything you needed additionally was immediately available and sent to your room using the SAii app, this was also the case for anything you required around the pool, the Service was excellent, convenient and easy (just remember when you order anything ensure you highlight your location, use the table number or sun bed number all very visible in the note box at the bottom of your selected items this ensures the staff can deliver your food and drinks promptly efficiently and directly to you including extra towels etc or anything else you may require... The resort also had a coffee shop with a great selection of juices, lattes and ice creams... The Spa was amazing I had a hot stone massage, perfect pressure the whole experience was totally pampering and relaxing with a local tea and biscuit after... We loved eating and drinking in the hotel (particularly the Thai Restaurant as it had the lovely sea breeze) but also found some excellent restaurants and a bar in the village, just remember your mosquito spray (citrus spray always available to use in the hotel bars and restaurants)... We went on the Four Island speedboat tour via the hotel, the guide was fantastic and there was plenty of fresh fruit, sandwiches and softs drinks provided to keep you replenished whilst enjoying the speedboat, scenery and snorkelling... The staff even went above and beyond when I left behind my favourite shirt, not only did they contact me to post but then proactively hand delivered it to my friend staying in a hotel in Phuket...

Family stay of 4 including two kids in Garden room in December 2022... Most of the set up at the resort is sub-par from quite slow internet to low quality room to poor restaurant service...

...Breakfast Buffet was extremely disappointing, with limited options compared to all the other high end hotels I have stayed at on this trip... Tons of restaurants, fire shows oh yeah …...

This is a very good resort despite arriving at low tide which necessitated us wading ashore to the reception area. A bit quirky but our luggage was well looked after and kept dry by the porters... The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and the bungalow we had (122) was very nice and clean with a good location for the beach and restaurants... We booked a long tail boat tour at the little village at the back of the resort which was reasonably priced and excellent value for money... Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of food and the restaurant was always busy at this time but if you would like to have a full English..... Don't expect it to be hot... All in all this is a good 4 star resort but struggles to be a 5...

...The resort village was like an isolated wonderland. It’s huge, but you can always order a buggy from door to door... Two swimming pool, multiple restaurant served different cuisine, amazing breakfast, various water activities like snorkeling, paddling, renting a long-tail boat for half day tour around Phi Phi Lay ... All staffs are extremely friendly and relax, at the same time attentive, they alway provided the service before I even asked...

...Upon arrival to reception we, and our fellow passengers, were serenaded by a couple with a guitar and beatbox, this again we found quite amusing! Check in was easy and the reception staff friendly... Our luggage was already in our bungalow before we'd received the keys... We were allocated a Superior Bungalow which was spacious with a king size bed, air conditioning, walk in shower, wc and dressing area... Housekeeping was carried out daily and fresh towels provided every day as well as complimentary drinking water... Breakfast selection was plentiful and all nationalities were catered for and we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beautiful beach in the Api Restaurant... We upgraded to half board and the dinner was just as nice... There were two pool areas, the main one with a pool bar, jacuzzi, kids pool and infinity pool... We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this resort, it really is a piece of paradise!...

Amazing 5 days spent at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean picturesque beach huts... The hotel arrange lots of good trips to the surrounding islands, would highly recommend doing these if you are staying here...

...We were warmly greeted by the staff, given welcome piña coladas, and so glad we made this part of our visit to Thailand. We booked this resort to be closer to Maya Bay and had booked a private tour early the next morning to beat most other tourists that would be coming... The drinks were delicious, the food was good, especially at the Thai fusion place up on the mountain... There was a family pool area and adults only, both were good and the family pool has the swim up bar... The resort has its own app to make navigation and planning your time there easy...

To start a wonderful speed boat ride to the island. Greeted at the entrance by staff playing music and given a chilled mocktail and cool towel... Staff took care of our luggage while we where allocated our bungalow... Such a beautiful place very quiet and chilled out... The buggy service is a must as you could get lost ( our bungalow was 8202 quite away from the lobby and sea front) free ‘hire’ of the bicycles was brilliant to get around and see more as are the boat trips...

...We have visited this resort 5 or 6 times, we've lost count!... We even had a display of towel animals on our bed with a leaf saying "Welcome Home"!... It's a beautiful resort and the beach is beautiful as are the pools... There was also an area at breakfast (which was amazing by the way!)... We ended up eating at the restaurant most days, so beautiful looking out onto the beach... We really can't fault the place and hope to visit again soon!...

...Hotel is a series of bungalows on stilts situated along a series of paths from beach and back - pool either end of beach and several bars and restaurants... Breakfast was a very good selection in perfect setting almost on the beach... We shortly depart by speedboat to Krabi for the final part of our holiday but staying here has been like an adventure- the first thing we saw from our bungalow was a huge water monitor lizard casually strolling past!...
