Dear Ashleigh_J90, Thank you so much for your lovely review, we are very pleased that you enjoyed your wedding anniversary with us. We understand that English is a weak point and have put in place an English Teacher who does her best to give our staff the confidence and the knowledge to speak but as you say, there are enough English speakers to get around and make yourself understood and everyone does have the best intentions to make our guests happen. Our housekeeping department are very good at making bed decorations and it is good to know that it surprised you in a positive way. We look forward to your next stay and appreciate the fact that you enjoyed your stay and even made the effort to write about it. Kind regards, Khun Chao Treenawong General Manager

July is part of the rainy season. Temperatures are wonderful and there are chances of rain but due to global warming, no one knows exactly how intense the rain will be. Sometimes it can rain in the night time or in the afternoon, it is becoming harder to predict what the weather will do. Sorry I can not be more precise in my answer. Kind regards, Karin Jongman Resort Manager

The best way is the resort speedboat. 30 minutes transfer from the airport or your previous Phuket located hotel. Then 1 hour speedboat and direct arrival at the hotel. The cheapest way is the ferry which you can take from Rassada Pier in Phuket, 2 hours ferry to Tonsai. In Tonsai you can contact with our staff who will send you with the next shared long tail boat to the hotel. Kind Regards, Karin Jongman Resort Manager

We have a hiking trail behind the hotel going to Tonsai, it will take you 1.30 minutes to get there through Viewpoint nr. 3. You can also walk to the Holiday Inn on the next beach from us. Otherwise boats are the best alternative.

Hi, not sure about the villas but we were in the bungalows which were for 2 people. My parents were in the bungalow next door so perfect for us. We used the hotels speedboat for travel to phuket.
