One of the best resort of my trip. The view on the bay is just wonderful. All of the staff is really kind and very professional. The access is not of the easier but they pick up our luggage so that’s just very nice to walk close to the see I will come back for sure thank’s a lot ♥️♥️

If this was the only remaining accommodation left in Phi Phi I would advise to sleep on the beach or just don’t bother going. The smell of sewerage is unbearable. View obstructed by overgrown bush. Place is untidy with rubbish everywhere. 2 mile uphill through piles of garbage up and is just too far away to enjoy a short stay on what is otherwise a beautiful island. Not safe to be walking at night time. Staff were friendly and did give a hand to carry bags up the hill. Checked in and immediately looked for alternative accommodation. We had booked 3 nights. Offered owner to pay for the 1 and asked if we could have money back for the other 2 but they refused. Unfortunately had paid upfront on Agoda. Ruined what should have been a nice stay of our holiday in Thailand. Moved to Banyan Villa which was very nice and in a great location.

Very dirty with cockroaches all over the floor and ants in the bed. Large gap in the door that allows bugs in. Boards outside our door snapped under me and my foot fell through. Location is a long dangerous hike and not safe at night. Stained bedding and towels.

- Were made you wait outside McDonald’s in a sun trap for an hour for transfer to the hotel. No assistance with heavy bags to the boat. -On arrival hostess was rude and not sorry about our transfer situation. - there was confusion with the payment as booking dot com said we had paid the full amount already before arrival but the hostess said we had to pay the other half there and then. This meant we had to pay extra VAT 3% on arrival. This conversation was done with attitude and no apologies for the confusion. We were made to feel like we were in the wrong. -Rooms. Not as nice as shown on booking.com. We booked two rooms together and were placed at opposite ends of the resort. Sheets were dirty on arrival and were not changed for the entirety of our stay (4 days) We were given one towel each for the entire stay and told if we lost it it would be 500 baht (about £15.) - We were given one free breakfast each when we complained which turned out to be bread and eggs. We were not told on arrival fruit or coffee was offered free at breakfast so did not discover this until the 3rd day (Xmas day). - Our showers and taps had no water on 3 occasions, and when they did it was brown water. - generally, the staff were rude and on Christmas we asked for a recommendation for beaches and restaurant for dinner (also one of our friends birthday on this day too), and we were met with hostility and impoliteness. - we hired kayaks from reception on Christmas Day and were not told the tide would be going out 30 mins later, and this meant we had to drag our kayaks for 45 minutes across sand and peak heat time on Christmas Day, and were then charged for this time. -Overall the hotel was far out of town, and by a dangerous dirty path which was not lit at night time, and then up steep, rocky steps to get to the resort. -overall for the price we paid (the most throughout our travels in Thailand) we expected some sort of luxury as a Christmas treat, and if not this at least some sort of courtesy from staff on what we wanted and thought would be the peak of our trip. Honestly we would’ve been better off in a hostel. -overall would never recommend this place to anyone and the staff should re-evaluate how they are running this hotel as it is shocking

Please be aware and never set your foot there. For starters this is far out from the main area in Phi Phi, which may not be a problem for some but actually getting to the hotel is a trek and not a lot of signs to guide you to it. But this is not the reason why my experience has been absolutely awful. I travelled with a friend and we've both check in at the hotel on Monday 18th November. On the 19th November, I've received an email from the hotel asking if I had checked out without informing them. I advised that I didn't and would be checking out on Thursday 21st November (the date agreed via my booking). Because I did not leave any luggage in the room or personal items, the hotel assumed that I was not using the room, and to my surprise later on in the evening after I've returned to the room I was perplexed to find out that there were other guests in it. At first I was confused thinking that I had gone to the wrong room, but I checked both keys/cards and they had the same room number: 101. It was evident that the hotel have overbooked and placed new guests in the room that was assigned to me and my friend. Luckily I had somewhere else to stay, but the sheer embarrassment of getting to the hotel room (after a dangerous 15 minute hike in the dark) and finding out that there was people in it has been a stressful experience. I still had one night left at the hotel and was planning to resolve the issue and ask for a full refund. However, the following day I had gone into a 8 hour boat trip which made me extremely sea sick. On my return to the island, I went back to the hotel to find out that there were still people in the room. So I went back to my friend's accommodation and stayed over the night as I didn't have the energy to deal with such complaint and poor customer experience. Needlessly to say, I've been trying to get a full refund and the hotel is disputing this on the basis that they always had a room available. Bunch of LIARS! If they did have a room available it was certainly not the one initially assigned to me. And they have never emailed me to inform that I had a new room allocated. It's safe to say that I will NEVER stay here again, and I hope that all of you do the same.

This place has a good view but unfortunately the plants and trees were blocking our view 😒. It needs a good refurbishment with new beddings and furnitures. If you’re fit and like to hike then this place is for you but don’t take the risk if you’re not 😬. It’s very scary at night and the walk is very hilly and steep 😥 and the pavement is dodgy. I personally would shut it down and refurbish it and at the moment I’ve got lots bug bites from there apart from that I still enjoyed my stay and the staff were great 🙏🏾. Don't be deceived by the photos of the place 🧐.

This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. I was only in Phi Phi for 2 days and didn’t get to do anything because of the location of this place. First of all it is MILES away from anything and the trek to get to the resort is through literally a jungle. No form of transfer, an employee WALKS you to the place? When we eventually got to the place after what felt like hours of walking the place was revolting. There was BLOOD stains on the sheets, there is a huge gap under the door so literally no way to keep bugs etc out and woke up with approx 10 bug bites. I understand this is in amongst trees but every other hotel I’ve been to in thailand has been bug free with proper doors that actually shut. An employee offered us a boat ride to the pier due to me being asthmatic and having trouble breathing with the extreme walk but then said the tide is too far out that we couldn’t get it ? We hadn’t done anything we hoped to do in phi phi and had an awful time due to this “resort”, literally in the middle of no where. The walk is honestly that bad that we couldn’t leave the resort for the 2 days we were there. The food is horrid and besides receiving exactly 9 single chips with dinner, the owners dogs and cats literally sat at our feet begging and the cat also jumped up ON THE TABLE while we were eating, the staff done absolutely nothing about this. Not to also mention the extremely loud music until 2am, like, excessively loud with no way to drown out noise as, as i say, the doors. I also was woken up at 4:30 with those bloody chickens that do not shut up all morning. Paid for a double and our room had 2 single beds which by the way you would be better off sleeping on the floor they are that hard. Worst place i have ever stayed in my entire life. If you want to hike up 10000 stairs and have an awful time miles away from anywhere please book here.

First of all Phi Phi is an amazing island! Really loved the island but this hotel was terrible. Its really a long walk from the pier to the hotel. Also to the bars its a least 10minutes through the jungle. At night rats, cockroaches and bats are everywhere. The room was okay but not nearly as nice as the pictures on the site. There was a huge gap underneat the front door where all sort of animals could crawls under. When we left they wanted to charge us 500bath (15euros) for a dirty towel, that they didnt even try to put in the wash. Hotel has nice potential, but they really have to work on it.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Room was cozy and just enough for 2. The view was good. Other than the good, our towels were not replaced everyday. Make sure to put that request. Also, the hotel is minimum 20 minutes hike from the town but its worth it since you get away from the noise, party tracks, etc while you sleep. Choose for a good nights sleep.

Where to begin, the location is awful. If the tide is out you have to walk from the pier which is a very long walk through winding streets, alleyways, rocks and loads of steps otherwise you can get a boat to the hotel. At night, this isn’t ideal as it is so far away from restaurants and is a good 15 minute walk from the main area. The room is basic, has a lovely view and you have good use of WiFi. However, the sheets were stained as well as the towels and my friend found a cockroach in her bed. We had 4 nights booked here but stayed one after this as it just wasn’t suitable at all. Personally, I wouldn’t advise to stay here. The staff weren’t too polite when we said we were leaving early and had an attitude about it. It’s a shame as the views from the hotel were so lovely.
