Previously known as the Holiday Inn PhiPhi Island, the resort will currently be rebranded as the PhiPhi Holiday Resort. The owning company has decided to independently manage the property, under the same ownership, from the same operation team. Our dedicated staff and management team we have here remains the same. We are committed to continuously providing exceptional service. As part of the rebrand project, we are renovating our guest rooms and expanding our product and service offerings, including a new beach bar, cafe, and a beach club. Other additions also include family suites and pool villas on the sunset cliff, overlooking the Andaman Sea. Our staff are also going through additional training to address the additional COVID-19 measures, while we raise the safety and hygienic standards in our resort. PhiPhi Holiday Resort stands by its commitment to guest satisfaction and experience on PhiPhi Island.

Located on one of the most beautiful beach in the world!! The hotel is well taken care of despite being only partial open due to Covid. The beach front room (116 in my case) is magical! White sandy beach just a few steps away. The staff are attentive and tried they best to accommodate you, the outlets are open with decent F&B selections. The long tail boat ride from the main pier is a bit far (40+mins) but it’s well worth the trip! All in all a comfortable stay in paradise.

The location absolutely warrants a 5 star review This resort was formerly the Holiday Inn Resort Phi Phi and we stayed here 6 years ago over New Year Now under new ownership and it is obvious to see the devastation to the overall look of the resort due to probably no customers and closure for 18 months. The new owners are now trying to correct this with the addition of Jimmys and Monkey Bar, and work appears to be ongoing to get this resort back to its former glory (and better) Breakfast selection could be improved Please do not read this as negative as we have just had the most amazing time at this resort in a beach front villa (5 steps from the beach and sea). This is as close as you will ever get to the Maldives at a fraction of the cost. The beach here is amazing, the sea shallow and safe and never very busy (in fact pretty empty) as people tend to come and go with day boat and scuba trips. There are some basic but wonderful eating options along this beach, food is incredible Thai cuisine at its best. A place not to be missed is the Chilli Pepper restaurant, which is located high up in the trees as the far end of the beach (100m past) towards Loh Bagao Bay. The restaurant only seats 10 or so and the husband and wife team are very passionate about their Thai cooking. Outside of the Chilli Pepper you can get a taxi into SAii Village (100thbt each) where you have access to further beaches of Loh Bagao Bay and Laban Bay. This is only a mile or so walk anyway. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and massage places in the village. A must do at the Resort Hotel Phi Phi is to take the short but steep walk up to Sunset Bar late afternoon and enjoy cocktails in the infinity pool watching the sun drift below the horizon. Thank you Resort Hotel for a magical stay, we will be back next year

We stayed when the resort was Holiday Inn. The resort is located on a quiet side of Phi Phi with beautiful views. The staff were friendly and attentive. Ask for a newer room, the views at the top of the hill are better but involves more walking to the dining room or beach. I highly recommend the adventure center, we rented a private boat with a guide for the day, it was absolutely wonderful. He took us around phi phi and to some beautiful snorkeling spots. If you are staying in Phuket this is worth adding on to your trip for 2 - 3 days for a peaceful break. There are several pools and entertainment in the evening. The resort offers a speed boat direct to the mainland which o recommend upgrading to, it’s much quicker than taking the ferry.

The hotel is quite far from city center of Phi Phi don island. Hotel is really nice, nice beach and peaceful area. My room is Sunset pool villa is very nice for enjoy sunset in the room.   Sunset room is normal size with standard pool size. Due to it located on hillside, it’s a bit far from the beach, which is normal. Due to COVID situation, several service are out of service. Only one restaurant “Jimmy’s Café” nearby the beach is in service. The food is very good taste. Price is acceptable for Phi Phi island.   There are sport activity equipment provided including Kayak, SUP board, snorkeling. There are 2 swimming pools, one is near beachside and another one is on hillside. The hillside pool is infinity pool and enjoying sunset spot. The transportation from Phuket airport to the resort is very convenience. Price is acceptable.   Staffs are kind and helpful. Love this place. If you would like to find peace vacation, I would recommend this place.

We stayed in a sea view bungalow and had a beautiful view. The outdoor deck of the bungalow is huge. The room was really comfortable and very clean. The staff are excellent and helped to arrange transport to and from Phuket for us. We are at the restaurant for most lunches and evening meals and the food was delicious and the service was great. The hotel also arranged a trip around Maya Bay for us which was amazing. Thank you for a great stay!
