Great location set in beautiful gardens across from their restaurant and the beach. The room was spacious and clean with a nice veranda with seating and a hammock to relax. The owners and staff are fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful, we used the free paddle boards and watched sunset from the sea, before coming back ashore for cocktails at L’alcove restaurant, all arranged by Karine one of the fabulous owners. The room was a good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vincent the manager was really good in giving advice on places to eat and things to do and booked transport to the ferry for us. I’m sure we will be back!

What a fabulous place. My friends and I decided to have dinner here after great reviews we’ve got. Not only a beautiful nicely decorated place but shamazing gorgeous owners 👩‍❤️‍👩 🏳️‍🌈. From the seconds I placed a phone call to reserve a table till we left. Everything was perfect. Romantic atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Food is divine and succulent. Desserts are mouthwatering. We also enjoyed the chat with such beautiful sincere and utterly friendly ladies. Absolutely a must to come in and unwind and have quality food that is made with LOVE 💕 My friends and I are planning to have a farewell dinner again before we leave the island 🏝 next week. Love - Lee

We stayed for 3 nights. The balcony is amazing!! Great furniture and a view over the littel wild garden. The room is spotless and big. It would have been nice with a full size bed but nothing to complain about. It's close to 7/11 and some restaurants. The beach is not good for swimming but great to watch the sunset on. The staff are very friendly. If you want a base to travel out from this is the place.

I’ve thought a lot about how and when to write this review. I figured the best way was to write pros and cons and explain why in each. Pros: -the staff really are great, everyone we met and encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful -they worked with the motorbike place next door to help us rent one which was nice considering the scams everyone reads about. -the food and wine at their restaurant was tasty and made sure we had a table which was nice Cons: -the beach is not a beach, it’s about shin high for hundreds of feet -the hotel isn’t close to anything really the closest beach that is swim able is a good 10 minute motor bike ride away -the restaurant is pricey, which is fine, but not to eat at every night -the live music, unfortunately this made us end our stay early here and move to a quieter and nicer hotel up in Mae Haad. Every single night of our stay the music was CRAZY loud and we were unable to sleep until it was shut down. On New Year’s Eve we went down to see fireworkS elsewhere and was told the music would be done by 1am. Well it didn’t stop till after 2am and during that time we booked another place to stay. -the rooms are basic, no hand towels, no soap to wash your hands and no blanket for the bed, just a sheet which we found odd. -the beds are hard as a rock and only have 1 pillow per person. Our 3 nights here were uncomfortable and tiring unfortunately. We really wanted to love this place considering the reviews were so great, but I never have had to move hotels before in the middle of my stay not even caring about a refund (we didn’t even ask, we just wanted out). I really hate writing a review like this but I feel it is unfair that no review on here actually states how loud the music is. Especially for those who are placed closer to the road. We would not book this place again nor visit this area.

We by accident drove by this place on our way to the hotel. It looked buzzing so we decided to stop and have a drink there since we allready had dinner somewhere else. Live music, fire show entertainment and entourage it was all great. We decided the next night to go back for dinner with friends and once again they did not disappoint. Highly recommend a visit to this place!

Lovely place, great music, perfect for chill by the beach. Affordable prices. Didn’t try food but cocktails are great. Something you have to try while in Koh Phangan! Just next door from Romanzo Tropicale, great italian restaurant. Recommended!

We had a reservation for only two nights, but luckily, we arrived earlier, and we were four. If the island is already beautiful, in this hotel, it made it perfect. They have the cabins very well maintained, and with very good taste for decoration. And the hotel staff, they are all a charm! They are very attentive, and they help and advise you at all times. Also, they have a beautiful restaurant in front, on the seafront, which make an exquisite meal, and delicious cocktails. Without a doubt, if I return here, I am very clear where I would stay. Thank you very much for unforgettable days

We recently stayed at L'alcove for 4 nights and would gladly recommend the accommodation and restaurant to anyone. The staff are fantastic and have a great balance of helping and leaving you to it. We arrived on a Monday when the restaurant is closed but the lovely girl who checked us in gave us some great tips on where we could eat on our first night. The bungalows are exactly as described - clean and full of character. You have a lovely balcony which overlooks their luscious garden and the rooms are cleaned daily. We even had a lovely cat join us in sheltering from some of the magnificent rain storms. The owners are just the coolest couple you could ever meet. The vibe is very chilled yet fun and you can't help but to sit back and enjoy (despite lacking a lot of coolness myself!). The restaurant is utterly fantastic. We stayed over the holy Buddha holiday which meant an alcohol restriction across the island, so trying some of the 80 wines on offer had to wait until our last night (well worth the wait!). The food was outstanding each night we dined here. I would especially recommend sharing a bottle of red with their cheese platter - and save some room for dessert! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We hope to see you again soon.
