Lovely little family run Beach Hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious although a little dark but you are basically at the edge of a jungle. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Although the toilet seat was faded compared to the rest of the bathroom. It was clean, but this may be offputting to other guests and is only a small niggle and we didnt feel the need to complain at the time. Staff were pleasant and helpfull. Rented a moped for x2 days from the reception and no issues. 250baht per day but no insurance so you damage the bike, you pay. Koh Phangan is a very Hilly Island so wouldnt advise renting if no experience on a motorbike. The Beach Restaurant is brilliant and reasonable, lovely BBQ, Thai and also an amazing Indian menu with some of the best Indian food ive tasted and ive tried plenty. The resort position on the soft coral sandy beach is perfect and probably one of the best ive been on. Didnt try the pool area as we are beach people but it looks very welcoming and clean. I wouldnt hesitate to return in the future.

I would like to say a big thank you for the wonderful hospitality that I was shown during my recent stay at Havana Beach Resort. The location is superb, yes it’s right on the beach, it also has a nice swimming pool too. The whole team made me feel extremely welcome, your restaurant was fantastic serving the best Indian food you will find on the island, without question. I am always on the lookout for exceptionally well located properties and being on the quieter Eastern coast of the island guarantees a restful time. Highly recommended!

Very clean comfortable room, staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Restaurant on the beach and bbq at night was great. The hotel has transport to the night market which was good. The location was a little far from anywhere else and at the top of a hill which makes getting anywhere else a little difficult. Beach is lovely, calm shallow water.

We had a very nice stay here at the havana resort. The service was super good and the hotel is very clean and taken care of. The food was delicious. And we loved little cat family that lives in the resort. The location of the resort was also good because it is on the quiet part of the island and because it is by the sea

Very friendly and hospitable resort. The beach is good for swimming and not too crowded, but lively enough to have options for a drink or a bite. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and clean. The staff is just amazing and make you feel at home from the minute you walk in ! Everybody, management and staff, makes an effort here and that makes this a great place. The management cleans tables as well and checks in regularly to see if all is ok. Dining with your feet in the sand with great Thai, Indian and international dishes, not to mention the grilled fish options from the BBQ. Thank you Havana for contributing to making our holiday special ! We wish you all the best.

Excellent restaurant with great seafood bbq. Very good curries, small portions and rather pricey. But the taste can't be beaten. Bar and restaurant right on the beach. Choose your shrimp/fish/squid and munch away. Choice of seating, on the beach or in a more restaurant like setting with a view over the beach.

Room was clean and had everything needed. Balcony a decent size. No soundproofing in rooms. Resort very noisy…lots of crying babies and kids playing on the balconies. Noise the whole day ….along with a room being renovated. Pool was clean and a good enough size. Beach was clean and the water safe for swimming. Breakfast was of poor quality and cold(except for the eggs). The resort is ok if you are happy to be surrounded by kids 24/7. Location…in a very quiet area with little to do other than enjoy the beach. Resort had no sun beds on the beach….so basically you had to sit by the pool or on your bed. Balconies only had extremely uncomfortable stools.

Exactly as described on the booking website. Comfortable and clean room with its ensuite bathroom; large swimming pool; beautiful beach. Breakfast is excellent and food options available for lunch and dinner are delicious (esp. indian and Thai). The hotel staff is, as always in our experience of Thailand, very welcoming and attentive to customers' needs. A beautiful place; we will be back!

Great atmosphere, very relaxing. The staff was super friendly and very helpfull. The bar and restaurant was nice and enjoyable and we spend many of our evening at the beach bar, hanging out and having fund with the staff and other guests. The beach is not crowded at all and there are great restaurants.

We stayed at a resort as a group of 20. Family and friends as we were in Thailand for a wedding. The hotel staff were amazing. They we do hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. Lovely relaxed vibe, beautiful beach and lovely large rooms and patios. The restaurant is on the beach with lovely lanterns and candles and amazing food. Drinks and food very well priced for a hotel. Not too many other restaurant choices in walking distance. One should definitely take a walk up the steep hill to the restaurant with the look out views. Awesome spot. Really enjoyed our stay and want to thank the staff immensely for their hospitality.

We had a car so can comment but Havana does, I think, have a mini bus and may be able to help. Lovely people best Chicken Tikka Roll in the World. I might ask him for the recipe
