My 3rd return to the place. Despite not seeing much tourists - they take such a great care of the property and genuinly like their guests. The staff is very caring and the rooms are spotless. Special shout out to P'Cut and P'Phyo. Definetely see you again!
I didn't pay for this sh*t service, management and broken AC. - No one at the reception when we checked in. The number to reach the receptionist is hard to reach. - Wifi is also hard to connect. - The door to the terrace is not that secured, the second night's so windy, we heard like someone keep knocking on the door all night. - The refrigerator is dirty. - No water complimentary like its described in the website. - The furnitures are quite old. - No one at the reception when we checked out. Even we called to remind them we'll check out early next morning at 6am. And again they let we waited at the reception full of mosquitoes.. Luckily we didn't miss the boat. No one was at the reception. I called the number she/he left at the reception, waited for 10 minutes then a housekeeper came. She couldn't access the system and kept talking on telephone, cant do anything. She said " the receptionist thought that there will be no costumers anymore, so she left" .. w*f The question is why you didn't recheck before you left? Once the house keeper showed us the room, the room was not ready to stay! and we have to wait 20 minutes more for the someone to bring the keycard for us. We took 40 minutes for checking in. Then the AC in the second room was not working!!! We wasted an hour waiting and waiting..…
Beautiful property, enjoyed my bungalow 214, but it is the staff that made my stay magical. Anticipating my needs, super helpful and genuinly invested for my comfort. Caring and effient. Any hotel dreams of a team like that. Special thanks to Khun Nay.
We spent 6 days at this hotel and overall it was ok. Started badly when the beach front bungalow we reserved was ‘unavailable’ due to broken air conditioning unit that would take AT LEAST a week to fix. We accepted this on face value and accepted a move to a poolside bungalow- call me cynical but there are only 2 beach front bungalows and within 2 days both we’re occupied. As it happened we liked our poolside spot but that’s a little beside the point. Anyway once settled in the hotel is nice and I can’t fault much really but it is pricey for what you get and I’ve had better for same price. The staff are helpful and the food is acceptable. Location is good and there are shops, a few restaurant and bike hire nearby. I would stay again but think the garden bungalow is better value …
The resort could be so much more attractive if the rooms would get an update. Fresh painting, get rid of the old shower curtains and give the restaurant an update. Service is good people always helpful and smiling. Rooms are spacious only a bit outdated, big minus are the dogs walking around at the resort, in the restaurant and standing next to your table begging for food. At night these dogs are barking and hauling continuously, should be a way to get this solved.
